The way the writers try and justify all the things he did with "But he's lonely 🙁 " is just awful. It's a bullshit excuse for all the horrible things he's done.
Once you make someone watch their brother suffocate to death, then I'm not gonna feel sympathy for you. He's not even useful outside of the very last episode since the series is 95% episodic and doesn't focus on a large overarching plot.

Based on what I remember, your list is almost perfect. I'd honestly consider the World, Job and Extras to be some of the best things CN has ever attached their name to. The Anybody is so bad you should've put it under the Rob arc, which isn't as bad as you say. You could say Rob is a poor villain but the episodes in general are pretty good.

After the merger happened it was shelved like nearly all other then-currently running CN shows, supposedly Warner Discovery is using the metrics from HBO Max to determine if any of those will get any new episodes. That was last year though, Gumball hasn't gotten a new episode since 2019.
