Yeah and you don't know shit about the legal system too moron. Kys

>Jimmy is too dumb to get into law school >Has to go to a fictional "University of American Samoa Law School" >Somehow becomes "le genius lawyer" who knows more about obscure case law in the pre-Google era than entire law firms >Yet he still scrounges around with shitty cases instead of working for a big firm or taking his large cases (i.e. Sandpiper) to a different law firm that will offer him a better deal. >Oh and all the criminals on Better Call Saul are white people. Because no black people ever commit crimes or white-collar crimes like fraud or embezzlement. That would be racust!!! >Oh and a "chicago sunroof" isn't a real thing and there's no recorded evidence of anyone ever doing that.
Jimmy was never dumb, hebce why he was always a genius scammer >Yet he still scrounges around with shitty cases instead of working for a big firm or taking his large cases (i.e. Sandpiper) to a different law firm that will offer him a better deal.
Ok you clearly didnt pay attention to the show or are too autistic to understand how people sometimes function >Oh and a "chicago sunroof" isn't a real thing and there's no recorded evidence of anyone ever doing that.
Is this for real a thing that bothers you?
>Oh and all the criminals on Better Call Saul are white people.
Are you trolling, stupid, or did the /misc/ brain rot damage your psyche so badly that you forgot about the whole ass Mexican cartel and the Afro Latino guy that was slinging meth out of his chicken shack?
>Somehow becomes "le genius lawyer" who knows more about obscure case law in the pre-Google era than entire law firms
What show did you watch? Wass it one where Saul got Lee Harvey Oswald off? Throughout the show he only dumpster dived once to get an "obscure case" and the rest were won through pulling off the heartstring of the jury or annoying the shit out of people by scamming them
I still don't get why he condemned himself to making licence plates in prison for pennies for the rest of his life. What good is that gonna do? Get out early and do legal charity work if you wanna redeem yourself, or have a nice day if you don't want to live anymore. Who the frick wants to rot in an American prison?
He was a defence lawyer, spent his entire life trying to get people either lax sentences or off entirely so he clearly wasn't of the opinion that prison is a good solution. I suppose I'll just never be able to understand choosing that fate for himself rather than just blowing his brains out if he felt that badly about himself.
The number of lawyers who allow themselves to get caught after committing crimes is basically zero.
But Vince wanted a "feel good" ending for his dumb audience.
>The number of lawyers who allow themselves to get caught after committing crimes is basically zero.
It really isn't. Lots of lawyers are fricking dumbasses, just look at the recent case of two guys trying to use AI to do their job, or the case of the two married lawyers who tried to plant drugs on that PTA a few years ago.
But those are people who got caught.
Not people who got away with it, then turned themselves in.
Jimmy had several fake identities.
It was relatively easy for him to get away with it forever.
>Muh drug are bad >And selling drugs are bad too! >And being a crooked lawyer is bad too!
Thanks Vince! If I didn't watch your show, I could've become a corrupt lawyer!
A morality tale doesn't have to teach an audience anything new, it just has to tell a story. Sorry that you're butthurt about karma existing in a fictional setting.
Well yeah, karma is a made up concept to begin with.

So is all of the show. It isn't a documentary, neither BCS or BrBa ever tried to take place in a hyper-realistic reality, people like Gus don't exist in real life
he knew that he would be back on his bullshit as soon as he left the courtroom. the ending is about jimmy realizing that chuck was right & essentially committing suicide to stop himself from hurting more innocent people
>not condeming yourself to the monotonous, regementets hell of a midwestern maximum security prison so the feet queen of albaquerque will be ingrariated to you forever
Why didn't it make any sense? Because all it had to do was be le bad man vs. le system and the ladder had to win for the audience. Just watch seasons 1-3 and don't watch anything past that for a good show.
You'd think he'd be terrified of going to prison after Walter White had the Aryan Brotherhood assassinate Mike's men. No amount of guilt and morality should convince him to voluntarily go to jail.
Better Call Saul would have worked better as a 7 part mini series. The show drags soooo hard. The episodes are an hour long and dont need to be longer than 35 - 40 minutes. So many scenes are drug out in the name of Le Artistic. But it doesnt advance the show in anyway. and the end of the show? OMG it falls on its face, its like the writers gave up and and just threw some stuff together.
I wanted to like this show. I liked the mike stories. It was OK sometimes but overall it was just to slow. I watched Reacher right after it and really appreciated the correct TV show pace the Reacher has.
I disagree. A 7 part mini series would have been too short. Seasons 1-3 were fine, and good. Season 4 could be skipped by replacing it with Season 5 and have it be the final 16 episode season.
I couldnt feel any more different, for mw the show was never boring, not one moment, if anything I feel like the last two seasons had too much and were too fast paced.
People don't understand the difference between thin plots that are needlessly stretched out to pad the running time, and a slow-burn for artistic/emotional reasons.
People don't understand the difference between thematic elements and dumb easter eggs.
And for that matter, neither does Vince Gilligan.
BCS was deal on arrival since most episodes were half Jimmy & Kimmy, and half Mike + Cartel.
Based on the events of BCS, you would have thought that Mike wouldn't want anything to do with Jimmy ever again, let alone become his right-hand man for crime-scene fraud in BB.
Better call saul sucked giant dick. All of the scary characters from breaking bad like Mike and gus should have stayed mysterious. We didn't need to know their backstory.
Gus and Mike are like the Freddy and Jason of breaking bad.
No
Shows like this are for idiots who don't understand how the legal system (or lawyers) work.
He was A man at least
Have you watched it?
Yes

Spics are white

He's a criminal scumbag that took online classes. Making him seem like a real lawyer was never the intention.
Fiction is... fictionalized for the sake of entertainment? W-w-WHAT? Oh my science...
I FOUGHT THE LAW AND
THE LAW WON
I still don't get why he condemned himself to making licence plates in prison for pennies for the rest of his life. What good is that gonna do? Get out early and do legal charity work if you wanna redeem yourself, or have a nice day if you don't want to live anymore. Who the frick wants to rot in an American prison?
Because he felt he deserved the punishment. This isnt hard to grasp.
Most people instinctively fear death
it was a gesture to kimmy so that at least one person in the entire world didn't see him as just a sleazebag

Did you miss the part where he did get caught as Gene?
BrBa and BCS were always morality tales, anyone who expected anything else is a moron

lol.
how the hfrick
Guns are made of metal and MRI machines have really big magnets in them
>Brazil
Doesn't count.
Is it the US of South America in terms of guns or something?
he knew that he would be back on his bullshit as soon as he left the courtroom. the ending is about jimmy realizing that chuck was right & essentially committing suicide to stop himself from hurting more innocent people
Because muh kim
>not condeming yourself to the monotonous, regementets hell of a midwestern maximum security prison so the feet queen of albaquerque will be ingrariated to you forever
Yeah the only person alive who still cares about him
Why didn't it make any sense? Because all it had to do was be le bad man vs. le system and the ladder had to win for the audience. Just watch seasons 1-3 and don't watch anything past that for a good show.
Nah, it wasnt about the system, it was about Jimmy finally realizing he only ever causes problems and needs to be put away
You'd think he'd be terrified of going to prison after Walter White had the Aryan Brotherhood assassinate Mike's men. No amount of guilt and morality should convince him to voluntarily go to jail.
>Gets recognized
>Drives home instead of ditching his car in a parking garage and switching with a different one
Straight moron, no excuses.
Not crazy
Why didn't the eagles just bust Saul out of prison?
Haha nope. He sentenced himself to life like a dumbass.
comic relief side character makes crappy spinoff, ends up being the worst character in spinoff.
Awesome spin-off, top 5 character in it
did they already make the Walt Jr show?
He was the Man. They made an entire scene of inmates on a bus chanting his name. It was pure kino of the highest order.

Peter Gould was the head guy for BCS, not Vince
Also I completely disagree with you
midwit take
why do they never show him getting the black book from the vet?
Better call saul sucked giant dick. All of the scary characters from breaking bad like Mike and gus should have stayed mysterious. We didn't need to know their backstory.
Gus and Mike are like the Freddy and Jason of breaking bad.
We saw incredibly little of either of their backstories
He was the law.
