If they made an episode about Dee doing sex work, which they probably shouldn't. it should be her doing for attention and not out of desperation, then seething because she gets 0 customers. Maybe with Dennis starting a really successful OF parallel to her something. I don't see how Dee fricking dudes to pay rent would be funny or interesting

It doesn't ever become unwatchable, it just declines in quality. Everyone you ask when it got bad will give you a different answer, a lot of people will say the gay dance at the end of season 13, but there's just as many people who consider the sexual assault episode from season 14 one of the best in the series
It's not clear cut like the simpsons, just watch until it stops making you laugh
i think season 11 is probably the last one that is more good than bad
people could ask for recommendations for the good half dozen or so episodes beyond that (of which time's up for the gang is one)

No, it genuinely becomes unwatchable unless you are--and I say this genuinely--a homosexuality redditor. And that, iirc, is the wiz season. There are some episodes in there that wouldn't get the greenlight for a low budget pilot, let alone one of the supposedly best comedies ever.
They run out of good ideas in the middle of season 6 and the magic never comes back
The Wade Boggs episode is the last "great" one. It's one of the funniest episodes of the entire show but there's an ocean of mediocre ones surrounding it.

All of the elements in that episode were meant to be a gag. They even closed off the other bedroom and bathroom in Charlie's apartment, and it was funny.
Always sunny is finished. They are in the in crowd now in Hollywood and they absolutely won't do anything to risk getting cast out. They are going to keep making shitty after shitty season just getting paid as long as possible but not doing anything to risk their country club status
