so basically in my jiu jitsu practice ive been learning about the shoulder crunch system, its a really underrated system because most people just think you use a shoulder crunch for a suma gaeshi sweep but there's so much more you can do with a proper shoulder crunch. continued in part 2

so here's where it gets pretty sick, if they give you space, you can do whats called a cutting armbar. its an armbar but from a shoulder crunch position. you put your feet on their upper thighs and extend and find their elbow with your shoulder crunch. super powerful devastating armbar, and if you keep your outside elbow high, they shouldnt be able to turn their arm inward to escape, however, they are actually able to rotate their arm back in an attempt to save themselves, but this opens them up to one final attack. the reverse kimura. basically, you snake one of your hands from the shoulder crunch down to their wrist when their arm is backturned and you can now wrench it up to the sky. insanely powerful kimura there. its rare but when someone gives you the proper reaction, its a match ender.
