Iirc the second season fell off a bit, but the first season was pretty good. I liked it and found the premise very engaging. I don't remember any of the characters being particularly distasteful, even with the shouting woman body-exploder meme attack.
Yes, it was, it was never executed fully so its possible it would be bad at the end but at least it tried something and really tried to do characters and storytelling. Its not a high bar but it was lightyears ahead to other productions in the least decade.

I think some episode segments are weaker than others but overall it was very different, very interesting, took a few episodes to get going (I would have dropped it if I didn't promise my friend I'd see it through)

There are some interesting ideas in there but its a complete failure. The writing is just down right amateur.
