They got the address because it's the one he used when he DMCA'd them on Twitter for making fun of his shitty comic. He is so dumb he didn't realize that they get to see that information when they receive the DMCA.

God, how are people defending him?
Do they really need a black guy to point to when people say they're racist?

Sunk cost fallacy. A bunch jumped on board when he was the underdog and now they don't want to admit they bought a bad product and backed the wrong pony.

Honestly what gets me is this attempt to make a universe without a good story.
I mean the worst thing about it is why Isom quit.
A kid died.
That's it, not because he murdered someone, not because they system turned against him, not because of something stupid like racism, just a kid died and he gave the frick up.

>not because of something stupid like racism
I know that this is an Isom thread so people are naturally going to be inclined to disagree but Legend of the Blue Marvel did "superhero quits because racism" and I think it worked there.

He's taking down criticism against his comics? That's a new low

Every Marvel Writer and Artist should do it to him for peak irony.
From info dumping to over explaining things to panels that make no sense.
The girl in the cover doesn't even feel like the MC since it has too many characters trying to do their thing too.
This guy proves that the problems with Western comics are much more deeply rooted than just incompetent people in the industry. He got to make his own comic, without any corporate restrictions or deadlines or a set amount of pages... And the fight scenes still look like this. They barely have any choreography, skip shit (what happened between panel 2 and 3?), look like they were traced from 3D models and sometimes don't even make sense (where is the big guy's head in the last panel?). It's this mindset that fundamentally prioritizes things looking pretty and "realistic" with poses and shit, over things being stylized but having actual flow and movement.
It's just a fundamental lack of creativity. He's just aping what Marvel and DC do, which was evident the moment he announced he was making a superhero comic. Any western comic that's a superhero comic is going to suck because it's going to be the same old shit, except maybe Superman is the bad guy or some other garbage that every hack fraud has already fricking done. Tell a different fricking story. Comics don't have to be fricking superheroes all the time.
Honestly it's just a co, just an attitude kept to squeeze some anti-woke bucks.
Isom bad but it's the worst type of bad, boring bad.
America was bad but at least it was sincere, at least the writer wanted to write a comic, at least the failure of an author woke up everyday and said, "Im going to write a comic, my comic my way."
July woke up, made an internet video, hired someone to draw whatever bullshit he wrote for the day, not even bothering with a second draft and said "Yeah, stupid white people will buy it."
Isoms a failure not because it's a woke, it's because it's boring.
>Now that the dust has settled
>what do *I* think
template thread immediately disregarded
The writing is as bad as Blade Devil, so no interest at all.
Eric July will sue you.
Vito is a pedophile
>"pull up pull up pull up"
>someone pulls up
>"n-n-no no NO YOU HAVE BROKEN THE LAW"
Christ what a pussy
Like you wouldn't be scared if this pulled up on you.
>an address that isn't even public
but...its name is literally on the door.

It's not new.
how bad is the writing of this

junk
Has anyone read it?
it's been storytimed here a couple of times yeah
tl;dr it's extremely mediocre
So, is it good or not?
The only thing I know about it, is the Soska sisters keep promoting it on social media.
