I teach for a living. There's never enough funding to properly provide for every child's individual needs, especially when they have additional needs. If we look at the metaphor the comic is outlining; every child gets something, one child has more need, the teacher is shit for not providing more.

The teacher shouldn't have to make any compromises in the first place and shouldn't be shat on for enacting whatever awful half measure she has to in the situation. If ice skating is part of the school curriculum it's not the goddamn teacher's job to ensure there's enough budget for equipment.
