Fully transparent so you can see his eyes when he’s either “normal” (i.e. : not using his powers) or just stretching/altering his size, but in the case where he’s morphing into something radically different (a giant wall, a bouncing ball, an animal/alien species of some kind), it’d be black with a glint on the lenses, just like Eel’s

then i had the idea to not create just one, but two OCs, who would be the respective daughters of Eel and Luke (they both share the same age), see picrel.
the half-black/half-white ginger one is Rebecca "Rae" O'Brian, aka Rebound (Eel's)
the half-iranian/half-white raven one is Farah "Fay" O'Brian, aka Flexia (Luke's)

they'd be both supportive to each other as they (re-)enter fatherhood??
I don’t know if Offspring’s gender would gave much influence on his popularity, but that said Plas also having a daughter with identical powers who treated them more as a curse on contrast to Offspring would be interesting.
It would be a good dynamic. Two stretchy heroes. One who fully understands and embraces their abilities, one who is still learning and slightly embarrassed by what they can do.
how would you design her?
if it were up to me, she would have been mixed-race (half-black/half-white, something like that), because not only stretch-based characters are rare in comics, but they're all caucasian too.
Depends on who her mother would be. I initially thought about Ramona being her mother and her being a red head because of it but making her half white half-black (or Asian) could be a nice mix up.
Maybe her base uniform is an identical leotard to Plas but in a different color. Also as a gag because I imagine her as the average indecisive teenager, she keeps using her powers to change her costume to be more stylish and never settling on one look.

nice ocs, did you draw it yourself?
Anonymous
nope, it's a commission done by 3Noah2
here's the rest of it
Eel has a strong urge to be a good father and wouldn't be a duck and run father. So him having a shit ton of kids wouldn't really fit. Seems more the type to give up on the business until he finds a woman/being who is also on or near his level of immortality.
I think what anon meant is that, in the case where Luke becmes an adult and has his own responsibilities (like in the Kingdom Comic one-shot by Frank Quitely), Eel would basically settle down with a new chick and maybe have a child (or children even) until she dies or they part ways, rince and repeat. He's no longer a heartless butthole, he's just trying his best at being a good father and husband given the circumstances
He has learnt for his past mistakes but unless there's a lady on the planet that shares his freaky rubber powers (and that isn't related to him lol), that's how it'd roll imo. And by that logic, the same thing would also apply to his son
Eh I don't see him bouncing back like that ironically enough. Even eel would eventually see mortals just aren't worth constantly dicking as he outlives them. I think eventually he would make a move to other long life races and we would start seeing his offspring have a mix of powers.
Never a vow of chastity like Superman post Lois but someone that matches his biology.
>I think eventually he would make a move to other long life races and we would start seeing his offspring have a mix of powers.
that's one cool idea, i wanted to give either Plas or Offspring a daughter that would have had reality-warping powers, like Mxyzptlk but much less powerful (if she's able to change herself, then what about changing her neaby environment)
maybe im moronic, but that doesnt necessarily mean they’re immortal? only that they’re durable in time and nigh invulnerable (i could be wrong).
otherwise, how do they cope with this?
Not the guy you're responding to, but with Plastic Man he's really only human in relative appearance and is more like sentient plastic. He won't decompose or degrade over time like normal human flesh.
As for Offspring I'm not so sure. He's clearly shown to have matured from a child to a man so he clearly ages unless he's consciously maturing himself with his powers.
i dunno, if there was a moment where Batman or some other scientist examined either Plas’ or Offspring’s genetic code and came to a conclusion that they might (or might no) be everlasting
the thing is that every single writer that toyed with that question never gave a definitive answer because nobody at DC Comics gives a damn about them.
but hey i’ll give you the benefit of the doubt, however i’m still clueless on how they can even after knowing this
do they still consider themselves to be human beings anymore?

God level or not. From human perspective he'd feel immortal if after 500-1000 years he can't see any noticeable difference or science tells him he ages/decays incredibly slow.
