A Night with Loona is better than most of the show ngl, writer knows what fans want and what to focus on. I kind of hope Millie gets some action as well, would be nice to see her being eaten out by much bigger men or women.

The entire reason he tries so hard in Unhappy Campers, even as it mentally breaks him down is because he wanted to show Blitzo that he and he alone could handle a mission. Moxxie isn't blameless, he was a huge fricking butthole to Millie and he should've swallowed his pride sure. But Blitzo was once again too focused on his own problems to see the giant disaster he was creating by his negligence. Again.
Talking with my girlfriend made me realize that this whole thing with the asmodian crystals could've been a better finale for season 1 and a hook for season 2 >It's the next day after the events of House of Ozzie >Blitz hung over drinking his sorrows away >Gets a call from Stolas, says to meet up >Blitz goes over to Stolas' place and in blitz fashion fricks up the apology >Stolas says to Blitz that he doesn't want or need an apology, because blitz made it clear the night before that he doesn't share the same feelings to Stolas, but Stolas just wants to see Blitz happy >Says their deal is off, he is no longer giving out the grimoire >Blitz is slightly pissed, slightly sad, but Stolas presents him with the crystal >"With this, you will no longer need the grimoire" >Stolas explains he talked to Ozzie who thought what happened the night before was so hilarious that he wanted to give a crystal to Stolas, who is giving it to Blitz >"Now... you can run your successful business, and we don't need to talk again"

Probably the best Moxxie will look besides Western Energy for a while. The best part is that the OCs don't take away from the main action which is a first for me. I think it's worth "reading" for sure. But if you want something that's on par with the greatest this show has to offer the 2(?) animations made by Cartoonsaur are what you want (not what you need).

I saw that too. They're reading too hard into it. While Blitzo HAS shown that he gives a shit about Moxxie more times recently than the other way around. It's made pretty clear that a lot of Moxxie's insecurity stems from wanting to impress Blitzo or for him to simply praise him at all. If they're not "besties" he's trying his hardest to become that for Blitzo. Without allowing access to his or Millie's holes of course.
The entire reason he tries so hard in Unhappy Campers, even as it mentally breaks him down is because he wanted to show Blitzo that he and he alone could handle a mission. Even if Millie absolutely was the better man for the job, Moxxie couldn't let her taint "his" job because it would be (in his eyes) a sign of admitting he's not good enough. Moxxie isn't blameless, he was a huge fricking butthole to Millie and he should've swallowed his pride sure. But Blitzo was once again too focused on his own problems to see the giant disaster he was creating by his negligence. Again.

Dunno how to end it, but you know what I mean? It ends the season off but also gives a plot hook to be continued in season 2. That said, wouldn't work anyway with viv's vision of the show and characters, but I think this is how you would end the current plot if you wanted a status quo change.
Honestly I imagined the plot of Stolas was going to go along the lines of:

Yeah, Blitzo crying "IT WAS AN ACCIDENT" like he's a seven-year old that broke a lamp and us being expected to actually take it seriously is beyond bad writing. A real shame, the animation for this show is fantastic but the writing does so much discredit to it. I remember a recent Genndy Tartakovsky vid where he was saying above all else, you have to have a good story. People won't care about your art so long as the story is great. And this is advice coming from the guy that directed animation on the level of pic related.
That's ironic coming from him considering the guy can't write a decent ending to save his own life.
