I miss when westerners ruined japanese IPs with pointless edgyness and sass.
At least Donte wasn't being emasculated by a black disabled troony or whatever this thing is going to have.
I think they've underestimated how badly the fans would take Reuben not being asked back, yeah. Soicucks on ResetERA and Reddit can't wrap their heads around the fanbase still loving him despite his nutty political views.
Probably a bit of both, but also these videogame adaptions aiming for the "adult animation" thing don't want to use pre-existing cartoon actors. Like how Netflixvania doesn't use any of the English cast that had generally been in place since the PS2 era - so Yuri Lowenthal as Alucard, Patrick Seitz as Dracula etc.
I'm waiting to see how they handle the girls, that will tell me all I need to now about it.
2007 DmC was peak anime at the time.
What exactly are you expecting with a 16 year difference?
>2007 DmC was peak anime at the time.
I don't watch much anime, but I thought it was kinda slow and Dante was a little too stoic. Other than that pretty good.
I'm going to warn you before you get jumped for this - no one that actually cares about DMC uses "DmC", that's only reserved for the shit reboot that got unrebooted.

Have you ever seen Darkstalkers?

I won't consume any future DMC media that doesn't have Reuben tbh
they should've learned their lesson with DmC and 5
Why no Reuben? Because he pisses off weirdos on social media or because he's too expensive or what?

Well they did use the DmC pistol symbols for promos(not in the trailer). That and Adi can't be trusted.
Why did people ever actually trust Adi Shankar?
No idea. He and the other guy got my boy Apu from the Simpsons removed.
He produced Punisher: Dirty Laundry and Dredd.
But that was 10 years ago, and he's done nothing of value since.
As long as it gives me more Dante porn, I really don't give a frick

same design that produced death note which was arguably the most popular one at the time
I don't like the art. It's kinda ugly.

It was doomed just by being a netflix production
Don't care, I'm still watching it.
he's cute
yes
