Its literally cgi, the dog isn't real in episode 3 where that scene is from, you frick pajeet. The dog is real in episode 4 though. The scene in that webm was shot on a sound stage where they did not have the live dog.

They were not flying that high in that scene, the real offender is the bombing scenes where they correctly model the bombsights aiming a bunch of kilometers forwards from the plane but then the bombs hit the ground only a second after getting dropped

They changed his death. The real Biddick got burned to death when the oxygen tanks got hit and set the flight deck ablaze. This shit had so much potential but I don't know what the frick went wrong after 10+ years of being in development limbo but damn is this show just meh. The combat scenes aren't good or impactful when someone goes down. I know they are going to frick up the late war flak runs somehow

I was genuinely shocked at how inauthentic this show’s action is.
Any 'authentic' depiction of the bomber war would've been thousands of guys getting constantly blown up outta the sky while Eaker and the brass were refusing to give up on the theory of daylight precision bombing. Seriously, they're majorly downplaying how fricking atrocious it really was.
Oh it could've gotten soooo much more spicy...maybe it will if they actually have any balls. There's lots of juicy dialog in here, no need for mediocre writers.
