Her using the force isn't a problem. Retroactively making her being better at the force than Luke Skywalker and implying she was the real chosen one is the problem.
>your snoke theory sucks
such a stupid thing to allow to proligferate >hey you know that rampant customer engagement we have that most businesses would kill for? >let's mock our customers for it
Literally everything Rian did was stupid and things Disney should have stomped out. He despises the fanbase of the movie he was making and actively put as many things as he could to antagonize them.
Rey being able to force heal is way worse. If it’s so easy for a force user to heal other then why in the flying frick would Anakin turn to the darkside if he could heal Padme’s broken heart?
This makes her canonically more powerful and smarter than Sheev. She could use the force to pull herself towards something. Sheev gets tossed down a long shaft and can't even pull himself back to safety or slow his descent.
i remember they were making fun of people who wanted luke to be doing flips in the air and tearing up tie fighters with his lightsaber and after all this time i really wish they would've done that instead
Her using the force isn't a problem.
Making a fake-out death for an actor who recently died irl was just in very bad taste.
What were they going to do, wheel her corpse out and shoot it into space for the shot?
Admittedly that would have been a lot more compelling

She died after the movie came out you massive moron, ffs don't make me defend the mouse
Seriously what the FRICK were they thinking? What emotion did Disney expect the audience to feel during this moment?
>what the FRICK were they thinking?
They subverted your expectations
you expected leia to die and luke to live? too bad, your snoke theory sucks
>your snoke theory sucks
such a stupid thing to allow to proligferate

yup. he's such a scumbag
>What emotion did Disney expect the audience to feel during this moment?
Basedface and audible gasps followed by a standing ovation.
people in my theater audibly gasped
As fricking stupid as this scene was, her training Rey in the ways of the Jedi is miles beyond stupider.
Um actually Leia was way better than Luke and even beat him in a duel
So why do they even need Luke? Why isn't she doing anything?
Because Carrie Fisher is dead
No one's ever really gone.
Rey being able to force heal is way worse. If it’s so easy for a force user to heal other then why in the flying frick would Anakin turn to the darkside if he could heal Padme’s broken heart?
she died of a broken heart, and there is no cure for a broken heart
Incoherent script
DO NOT HOVER DARK VADER IS LUKES SON
The original ending was better.
Apparently, if you play that scene and the theme song to Superman simultaneously, they match up really, really well.
Holy shit you weren't kidding.
This makes her canonically more powerful and smarter than Sheev. She could use the force to pull herself towards something. Sheev gets tossed down a long shaft and can't even pull himself back to safety or slow his descent.
She's canonically more powerful than Darth Plagueis the Wise because she saved herself from death
Ironic
Great scene, show how mystical the Force is
Only people who hate Star Wars disliked TLJ.
>he faces down an entire army
Luke wasn't there, it was a projection.
>and then he died from being too tired lol
Frick off mousecuck
i remember they were making fun of people who wanted luke to be doing flips in the air and tearing up tie fighters with his lightsaber and after all this time i really wish they would've done that instead
He did a flip in a deleted scene for Return of the Jedi. It was cut for pacing.
He did flips in non-deleted scenes in his training with Yoda on Dagobah too
he means doing flips in Last Jedi
>in Luke Skywalker's final moments he accomplishes nothing. The resistance gets away for a little bit and that's it.
ftfy
>the force is cocaine
KK knows that well.
She died before the post-TLJ world took off right?
