As opposed to leftists who are all on antidepressants, blacks who burn down their neighborhoods when a druggie overdoses, and troons who off themselves because someone says ywnbaw on the internet?
Yes, we're so fragile that we need to make an anti-defamation league to categories thousands of worthless labels so that we can make sure people know they are symbols of hate. Yes, we are the fragile ones...
>endless mutts, troons and white people bad is the future
What's so funny is The Flash isn't even "woke" by any metric. The jokes land, Keaton is cool, there's some good action sequences (in spite of the bad CGI) and the plot is objectively less moronic than Spider-Verse. If Flash had come out in the exact same form three or four years ago it would've been heralded as a masterpiece.
More trans-on-black representation
Literally no mention of any of this shit in the actual article. It's just about how tired and unoriginal live-action superhero movies are these days while Spider-Verse still manages to be fresh and innovative.
The Flash never was and Spiderman always was. If Spiderman was one of these albino blonde red eye scandinav frick, it would've made a billion anyway. The Flash was always a loser series
This is kind of true actually, Spiderman and Batman are the two superheroes who will basically always make money no matter what. That doesn't change the fact that the genre is oversaturated and that superheroes overall are becoming stale though.

Aquaman is the best performing movie in the dc universe, all other sony production bombed and xman is dead thanks to apocalypse and dark phoenix. You can have all the star power you want, if you movie is shit, it will bomb.
Flash isn't even a nobody like you guys are trying to portray him it's one of the most popular hero in the comic industry - sure not as much as spider man, batman or spider man but not unpopular enough to excuse such a poor performance. Had Ezra Miller been black you would blame wokism for the movie bombing and you know it. Now even fricking TLM is set on grossing twice as much despite a similar budget.
I'm not defending Miller, he's a nutty gay and a bad actor. I'm just saying that you cannot judge the numbers of an average superhero movie by comparing them to Spiderman or Batman since those two are easily the most popular superheroes out there, they'll do well even if the genre as a whole doesn't. Also Aquaman was released in 2018, that was prior to Endgame which is when normies started losing interest. Five years isn't that long but superheroes have lost a lot of clout in a pretty short time.
200 mill behind an okayish mainstream superhero is a bad idea.
Add that to the whole thing with the leading actor, and how none of the DC movies matter and won't get any sequels thanks to their rebalancing, and its clear that even if this movie were amazing it was never going to be successful.
marvels put far more into less known superheroes like black panther and thor and makes far more. It's true, dc lost prestige but like I said Aquaman is the highest grossing movies in the dc universe, and people cared less about him than about flash. The same could be said about wonder woman.
>its clear that even if this movie were amazing it was never going to be successful.
It's easy to say that in retrospect but nobody excepted flash to do so little. It"s part of why it was so funny, how unexceptedly bad it got.
There has not been a single popular MCU hero introduced following Endgame, the closest have been team additions like the new Guardians characters and no one would give a frick about them if the original Guardians weren't there.

My metric is this, if you race swap (Iris West), your product is woke. If your starring actor doesn't "identify" as a man, which he clearly is, your product is woke.
I was shocked, that the coolest person in the whole movie was Batman, played by an old white guy. Yeah, they joked that he is old and crazy, but he was more competent than everyone else.
What the frick is it about Spiderman that lets him get away with near-universal love even in an anti capeshit climate? (Spiderman, not Miles Morales man)
>These movies will be on people's minds for 100 years.
So what's your favorite movie from 1923 then? Hell, I wonder if people in 2123 will even still be watching movies.
Nosferatu is a genre defining classic based on one of the most famous horror novels of all time. ItSV is an animated cartoon superhero movie for kids, its from a genre that cold studio suits are cranking out because they want to make money as easily as possible. Comparing them is absurd.
Why the frick people hate on Flash so much? I liked that it didn't concern itself with multiverse bullshit so much and character's arc was more important. Set-ups were paid off and I like the main conflict (you can't change the past, so you need to look in the future). Flash was cringy in the beginning, but that was the point - when he met his other self from other universe, it all made sense.
Also, fricking hate how whiny motherfricker Morales, that ruins it for everybody is praised and future Spider-Man is made out to be a villain. Feels like the whole film was more interested in making unlimited references, instead of being a complete package.
I'm not sure, I'm still interested in seeing it in theaters.
I'm sure its a combination of doom posting, people hating capeshit, Marvel fans, and the pajeets who are angry about losing Snyder's shitty movies. Also, admittedly, it is fun to see a big budget movie fail

Its because Spiderverse is a direct comparison and is plainly leagues better.
>movies Cinemaphile cheers for fail
I cannot remember the last movie that Cinemaphile wanted to do well prior to release. Even movies Cinemaphile ends up liking are usually mocked or ignored until they come out and the board realizes that they are good.
Let me guess: More diversity.
Maybe they're saying comic book stories are told better in the medium of animation rather than in live action with somewhat photorealistic CGI?
>Maybe they're saying comic book stories are told better in the medium of animation rather than in live action with somewhat photorealistic CGI?
Yes
And they are right
Only Zack Snyder was capable of creating non-cringe live action capeshit.
I always cringe in 90% of capeshit.
Fragile
As opposed to leftists who are all on antidepressants, blacks who burn down their neighborhoods when a druggie overdoses, and troons who off themselves because someone says ywnbaw on the internet?
Fragile.
Let’s not pretend this board doesn’t have constant threads with people venting about their depression
>"mama I dun undastand why do they not look like me I need a black person on the screen to undastand"
Remind me, what exactly are black egos like these days?
Fragile.
Black folk don't even care. it's all about esg scores.

More gay shit and trans shit
NO THANKS
Literally no mention of any of this shit in the actual article. It's just about how tired and unoriginal live-action superhero movies are these days while Spider-Verse still manages to be fresh and innovative.
It's crazy that the competing capeshit movies are even using the same basic plots now.
The Flash never was and Spiderman always was. If Spiderman was one of these albino blonde red eye scandinav frick, it would've made a billion anyway. The Flash was always a loser series

just like the dnd movie, it's just fun
So the movies are just shit? LMAO! Spidersftw.

Maybe you need to tell Richard Lawson this
>Superman is now Latinx
You know that's not true.
I was shocked, that the coolest person in the whole movie was Batman, played by an old white guy. Yeah, they joked that he is old and crazy, but he was more competent than everyone else.
>endless mutts, troons

You literally proved you're a bad person in the same sentence.

I'MMADOMEOWNMEDODAhomie!
*thunderous applause from zoomer whites*
Flash was bad
But LARPing that Spiderverse was good is cringe
Check the tomatoes.
Check IMBD.
Check Letterbox
>d-doesnt count!
lol.
American zoomers loved the movie
>American zoomers who love nighers and trannies and crack loved the movie
Amazing!!
Need more Troons and Black person softcore anime for me to wank to.
Its the end for Japan for me, American anime is the future for degeneracy.
What the frick is it about Spiderman that lets him get away with near-universal love even in an anti capeshit climate? (Spiderman, not Miles Morales man)
>no more israelites
>only brown people
I don't like either future, tbh
Spider-verse is very objectively the present, not the future
people will not even remember this movie in 10 years
Top kek. ITSV is still heavily discussed and that's 5 years old. These movies will be on people's minds for 100 years.
>These movies will be on people's minds for 100 years.
So what's your favorite movie from 1923 then? Hell, I wonder if people in 2123 will even still be watching movies.
Nosferatu came out in 1922 and loads of people still watch it.
>loads of people
The average moviegoer doesn't even know this movie exist.

I wasn't comparing them, I didn't watch Spider-troony.
richard lawson vanity fair
Snooze verse can't even cross 750 million
Which is low for these types of movies
It's extremely high. Compare to other animated comic book movies if you want.
