There are no Asians in Hollywood in the first place and certainly no hot ones so you're basically forced to go directly to China/Japan/Korea and I'm not into bugs so I have no idea who any of them are.
For western actresses, Dakota Johnson looks like she could've pulled off the shorter hair. Daddario maybe. It's hard because most Hollywood actresses are extremely mid or way too old. The best thing to do would just be to find a major piece of ass that at least looks like shes under 24 and just give her some acting lessons. It's not Shakespeare, as long as she doesn't have vocal fry and can inflect and show some emotion on her face any hardbody 8+/10 with black hair could play her.
