They introduced her daughter, the new Arrowette as a gag character, a commentary on Stage Moms who force their children to live out their dreams for them. She joined Young Justice but retired
And then they introduced Speedy who was actually Ollie's sidekick and joined the Teen Titans
But then Flashpoint happened and a bunch of sidekicks and legacy characters got erased
So during a time when none of the other girls existed they introduced Ollie's half Japanese sister Emiko and she became Red Arrow
And of course there's Lian, Roy's Daughter who died before Flashpoint and got aged up when she was reintroduced.
But between the cat mask and her sidekicking for Catwoman, she's more of a Cheshire legacy
