The girls are good at fighting but he's an expert martial artist with years of fighting groups and teams. Even at match power he mogs them with experience. Omniman stomps.
I agree with the first part but i think there are limits to martial arts expertice, yes he's a better technical fighter but they have way too much raw strength and power, they can travel through time and fly as fast as they want, i don't believe nolan can compensate

They actually have similar feats for season 1 Omni-man. Though I do think he'd win just cause he'd go for a kill instantly.
We've seen the PPG get battered and bruised by hits from weaker people. I think they'd win because of the massive speed advantage, but they're fragile enough (by flying brick standards) that Omniman could eke out a cheap win if they aren't taking it seriously.

It's not just speed, the Powerpuff girls can go from 0 to 95% full speed in a fraction of a second
Like they get pinned down and just blink a mile away
That's even better than speed, you can half their speed while keeping their acceleration and they still win
Also the fact that they can resist the force involved in it means they can endure as much physical damage as Omni man but that's getting into matpat territory
I'll be generous and I will say that yes, all three of the power puff girls are able to kick Omnimans ass. All Omniman has to do is kill one civilian, no, kill a puppy dog and all three girls would be crying and freaking and not wanting to do this anymore.

I can see why some might think that. The PPGs are extremely inconsistent as they often get btfo by random thugs and other relatively mundane shit. At their best though they are pretty damn powerful. During a foot race, Bubbles was able to circle the planet in five seconds

I assume it was their powers on display and them just playing along. But it's an assumption. Frankly even if magic was never brought up I would have doubts the girls would be harmed by metal spikes or saws.

This debate is as old as PPG itself. As always it comes down to the writers preference. Clearly either side could win, just depends.

I feel like Omniman could potentially take out one of them, but I also think he'd make the fatal mistake of targeting Buttercup first (who would undoubtedly charge in half-wienered and could be mistaken for the strongest at a glance), at which point Blossom and especially Bubbles could stomp.
(Comics) Omniman butchered the guardians of the globe, all seven of them, in the blink of an eye. He does not abide by the shonen trope of taking turns to fight one opponent at a time.
