Ozai is the least likely to kill you. There's a thousand different ways for you to die as the son of Vader. Omni-Man would straight up kill you if you turn him down.
Ozai might not kill you (he might, that lightening bolt against Zuko was pretty big) but he'll stull horribly burn you, disown you for your sister and banish you to hunt a snipe for the rest of your days
Zuko had it good being exiled. He had a ship, his own group of soldiers, and could go anywhere he wanted. Except back home of course. Definitely better than the likely scenario for the others.
Or jedi (some said able to move planets and shit) (also a bunch got killed by storm troopers or Mandalorians with special armor/metal.) But have force powers like, Telepathy or Telekinesis. Which can do a LOT.

Mental you might be able to affect your bodies inner biology to make you tougher and last longer? (But never at super alien level).
