Jigsaw is the worst. You're right. He's made to capitalize off of sociopaths in the audience who want to be mass murderers. All big horror movie franchises lowered themselves to those depths at some point or another, but with Jigsaw it's really shameless and exploitative capitalism at play in just outright trying to find convoluted rationalizations for why torturing, maiming and murdering people would somehow be a morality.
Jason and Leatherface are both moronic, so I would rule both of them out. + Ghostface always gets killed by Neve Campbell and the girl from Friends, so he's no good. Jigsaw is a human with cancer . IDK OP. Freddy Krueger has always been my most favorite/hated/feared villain in horror movie history. So maybe I'd choose for him to be on my side if I had to. Not sure. Hellraiser guy seems like a logical choice too though except his idea of "protecting you" might be inflicting pain on you until you become a homosexual sadomasochistic crossdresser that inhabits the 9th ring of hell and who rips his own breasts off for fun. Maybe I would pass on him.

If we're considering the complete filmographies for each character, Pinhead is probably the best pick. Freddy might seem like a good choice but he couldn't even kill Jason. Keep in mind that power escalation in Friday the 13th gave Jason immortality even beyond his body being destroyed.

Leatherface is just Jason-lite so not him. Ghostface and Saw are both just regular dudes so not them.

It comes down to Jason vs Michael and it seems to me that Jason does everything Mike does but way better so he would be my choice.

JigC has unparalleled foresight in the horror universe. No other character is on a similar level of exemplifying the mastermind archetype. He is on an entirely different level, to the extent that there is no other comparable character. He would easily plan for and dispatch any of the physical horror villains, and he would easily trick or bargain with the supernatural ones. He is the only horror icon who has never been beaten. He would easily pit the other villains against each other, if that was his choice. He's also the only one that operates by a real moral code, so you could trust him not to betray you. For me it's not even a question. It's him.

Pinhead wouldnt "kill" you though. Jason cant die. Id choose jason. Chucky is a little toy lol youd just punt him into a fire. Ghostface is human, jason would rip his arms legs and head off easy. Michael while tough isnt as tough as jason , he wouldnt survive hell like jason. Leatherface is moronic , jason kill him easy. Jig while being smart is human, again dead. The only one is freddy but all you got to do is stay awake and youve won.
People already mentioned it but it would be pinhead or freddy, just because they have their own domain where they are master. Having said that freddy got killed by some stupid shit few times, just because hes to quick to act/dont plan, pinhead got killed by satan and probably had numerous hosts, but hes better strategists that have numerous demons under his command.
So I guess i would stuck with pinhead, get moved to labyrynth dimension and wait for the enemies to find a way to get inside/summon them one at the time via convoluted plot of sending the lament configuration to all enemies, one after the other (it can be done via people that are thralls to pinhead/want to be them).
The only ones that would pose a real danger would be freddy (but pinhead could wake me up everytime, because he can dreamscape and doesnt need to sleep himself), jason because you cant kill him and micheal if we go with supernatural orgin of "the shape" for the likewise reasons.
Tldr version
>put me inside the labyrinth, focus on killing freddy first and then take time when summoning others into the lament box plane, it would take time, probably longer than 90min movie script, but hey, we can do a trilogy.
Freddy can be negated with a Hypnocil prescription and Pinhead can be negated by not being a hedonistic puzzle diddler.
Freddy is probably the most powerful, but he needs you to be asleep in order to access his full power, so I guess maybe Pinhead is the most powerful, followed by Jason. The rest are jobbers. I guess I'd choose Pinhead as my defender.
I made a shitty game like this once years ago too. One is trying to protect you, the rest are trying to kill you. (Make the number of Velociraptors 5, since 3 probably isn't enough.)

Seeing as I don't recognise top right I'll have to say predator. Vastly superior technology means terminator is outclassed in every way, they're quite comfortable fighting multiple xenomorphs, velociraptors are just funky lizards, they're not going far when an alien beartrap takes off a foot, Nemesis is probably the realistic biggest threat to Predator/me.
Humans destroy these all the time, one got squished in T1 after being weakened by 80's era civvy weaponry. Imagine the EMP tech pred has, he'd walk rings around Arnie.
