Do you actually like cartoons and comics or do you come to the board to be nuisance?
The movie sucks because it's poorly thought of and poorly executed. Attempting appeals to whatever is culturally relevant at the time is as old any media, don't the blame the whole thing on that, it takes away from the actual complains and give people tools to ignore good criticism.
This is the whole reason nobody wants to be your friend.
>Ok Don Bluth we already spent money on the pre production of this bullshit can you finish it and basically make as much money as Anastasia? >You are fired if you don't BTW
Read the Wikipedia article.
I'm surprised the madman managed to deliver.
Titan A.E even if flawed is a childhood favorite of mine.
Sinbad is inferior to it except for the goddess. The goddess is kino.
I'd gladly watch any of these movies compared to modern day releases. Hell, the only real issues with any of these movies is the brief moments of early CGI not really holding up.
When did people begin caring so much about RT? Nowadays social media accounts do reveals and the meter is even included in the freaking Blu-Ray cover of movies.
Late 2000s when they managed to recruit almost every single important critic and add it to their consensus. Love or hate it but you can't deny they are the best way to know critics consensus ever and made it accessible and easy to understand to even kids.
Fresh and Rotten are moronic qualifiers for a critic consensus, at least Metacritic provides and actual aggregate score even if they have their own bag of bullshit.
>45%
Looks like things have gone from Sinbad to Sinworse.
Who writes these? Do you?
The Mid era of animation
with Lightyear and Strange World this year Disney is basically back in this zone again
No, this is the poz era. Those movies back then were still enjoyable even if they fell short of the standards set by the Disney renaissance.
>movie is bad simply because it's pozzed

>Pocahontas 55%
>Robin Hood 54%
Brother Bear at 37% Jesus Christ
El Dorado was sacrificed so that Shrek could live. I think it worked out.
Atlantis > El Dorado > Titan AE > Sinbad
El Dorado > Atlantis > Titan AE > Sinbad
Consider
El Dorado = Atlantis > Titan AE > Sinbad
The correct anwer is Titan AE and it should be lower
The correct answer is Sinbad anon; Titan tried and failed to do something new. Sinbad tried the exact same thing 3 years later so there was no excuse

As if you needed more proof that rotten tomatoes is a shit website for reviews
Most people just aren't cut out for adventure kino
Yeah atlantis was pretty shit
Wrong, it's best movie there.
Best at being shit
It's not a good thing when your two leads are the most forgettable characters in your film.
How is Kida forgettable?
I'd explain, but I can't remember anything about her.
kek
Nothing prior to 2005ish gets a good score. Huge movies from the 80s tend to get some real shit scores.
>that low of a score for Sinbad
normies don't deserve luscious hand drawn animation. no wonder all we've gotten is CGI for the past 20 years
Sinbad was pretty heavy on CGI.
The main problem is that it lacked appeal to adults and children.
adults and children should've had better taste then
The problem with Sinbad is it ony had two likable characters, the villainess and the poor guy Sinbad cucks.
Surprised by the El Dorado score. Thought it was generally held in good regard.
I liked El Dorado, was it really that bad?
No, it was ahead of its time. Also, Chelgays can frick off.

>best way to know critics consensus
Why would I want to know the consensus of tasteless shills?
