I remember watching the cartoon when I was younger. I liked it, but I remember there was something weird about the voice acting I could never explain
I love Latin Europeans.
The comic is pretty good. I've heard the cartoon is alright too, but I remember really disliking Zick's voice a lot in the one episode I checked out.
I liked the comic, might have been storytimed here but all I can find now in quality is in French, picrel.
The cartoon series just didn't appeal, neither the art, animation nor voices.

The original run had possibly the saddest ending of any teen-oriented comic I ever read.
No idea about the sequel but anything would be better than te original "closure"
Evolution's alright, but it's production is pretty slow (started in 2016, only 5 issues long so far), and for a comic that's fully committed to shipping, it sucks that it's dominated by a bunch of relationship drama. Zick's an adult, like in the epilogue of the OS, but he's still pretty distant from Elena, even if it takes him a while to figure that out. Elena's been on her own for a while and feels like there's nothing she can do to help Zick anymore, so she's abrasively trying to move on from him (dates some normie, complains about going on adventures, etc.). It gets resolved at the end, of course, but its a bit tiring to read.

Great artstyle, loved it as a kid. One of the prettiest comics all around in my opinion honestly, it did a great job mixing cartoony with detailed.
The comic is good, the first season of the tv show is fine, the 2nd one is bad, cheap and more bad.

I remember the theme song for the cartoon and literally nothing else about it. Except that there was a talking monster cat or something.

I only read and watched a bit of it, both the comic and show are alright: I loved the world building and creativity, but story is pretty straightforward
Animation quality is meh as with other Italian productions, but if you're willing to overlook that there's some good stuff out there
