"Newgrounds-y humor" is a lot more energetic and crass. This seems like safe, boring shit you would find on tik tok or something.
When I think Newgrounds, I tend to think of amateur animator teenagers making parodies for the sake of parodies. Like they were all trying to ape Family Guy cutaways at the time or copy Egoraptor's Awesome Series stuff. So having Steven Universe and Jack Horner mashed up where they just kind of quote at each other and there's no original jokes reminds me of that.
Doobus seems the guy who just discovered the internet culture and it's trying to comprehend it while making a living with his animations.
Cwitchy is giving me female vibes with their humor in the videos they upload. And if I'm honestly, some of their videos (namely the TF2 seal video) is giving me the squizzy vibes, which isn't good for me.

Both of them would be funnier and more popular without the political social commentary. Other than that, they're alright.
I giggle at Doobus's shit, something about the frenetic pacing of it, it's the kind of physical comedy via simple movement that I haven't seen since classic Muppets shit. and I love the funny voices he does. but I can tell he's against the things i value and he isn't shy about adding it to his work (nor should he be really)

I belive that after he made that video about the confederates. We get it so very is bad it’s kind of an easy win to say so. I do enjoy his other videos though he has a good sense of humor but it’s pretty clear he’ll end up being persuaded easy by the radical left.
