I swear to god this show ripped off my post on /tv a few years ago. I talked about my idea where a guy found a portal/hole in his backyard placed by aliens and then I see this show on Amazon and im like wtf

My now ex-wife had my credit so shitty that I couldn't get a corporate card, so I had to drive when I could and get reimbursed, or if I had to fly somewhere, have the director's secretary book everything on her card then get a cash advance for food and incidentals. Shit sucked.
>look at this spooky hole, it's so spooky! >what's spooky about it? >Animals walk around it instead of just falling into it. It's almost like they KNOW there's a big fricking hole there somehow.
nice hole Mel, great stuff
I'm about to watch the last episode and I can say the whole season is shit.
Honestly, the whole thing could be condensed in 2 episodes. The sheriff went back in time just to see Royal killing his father and to end her suspicious about him, her killing the guys who attacked the native girl was probably the only good thing in the show. Maria and Rhett are there for no reason. Perry went back in time for no reason. What a joke.
Unless this show is cheap as frick to produce, you can be sure there won't be a season 3.
After barely getting S2 renewed, I'm shocked they left room for a S3.
Royal and Amy's loop are closed. The only thing left is what causes the hole in the first place. A big piece of S2 is moving on from the past, so S3 should be about going into the future. I assume the hole is made in the future, some kind of mining drill to harvest the mineral, and that is what leads to all the other loops.
Now that they shown that you can also change things in the past, and that the mineral is also a drug that lets you see the future and connect to yourself in the past/future, I'm worried it will become too much of a black box mystery.
I thought it was pretty good. It didn't really explain much but it did give some shape to things. We understand Autumn's story now, we have a better idea of how the hole works. It is slow though. After 2 years I can't help but feel like they should have done more episodes, not one fewer, especially since they're not already greenlit for season 3. This kid is going to be like 30 the next time we see her.
Watched 2 Episodes and didnt remember one thing from season 1, but I don't watch it again.
Now everybody is time traveling and speaking in tongue, I am really confused, but in a good way
So where the frick is Perry now
I really hope they're not doing multiverse shit but I don't see how else it can work. A single timeline adapting to changes is way better but there's no way a change that substantial can be allowed in a single timeline.
ChatGPT just summarized this garbage for me "Outer Range" centers on the mysterious phenomena occurring on a Wyoming ranch owned by a family struggling to hold onto their land. The central enigma of the show is a large, seemingly bottomless black void that appears in one of the pastures. This mysterious hole defies explanation, and its presence sets off a series of strange and unsettling events. The rancher who discovers it becomes obsessed with understanding its nature and its impact on reality.
The hole appears to have connections to both time and space, suggesting elements of time travel or alternate dimensions. Characters experience inexplicable occurrences, such as people disappearing and reappearing in different timelines or locations. The hole's true purpose and origins remain ambiguous throughout the series, maintaining an aura of suspense and intrigue. The show combines elements of science fiction, westerns, and psychological drama, creating a narrative that explores the unknown and the consequences of tampering with forces beyond human comprehension.
Did she miss anything? Do they throw aliens into the mix or is it just a straightforward shitty ripoff of Dark
The whole season dropped at once?
yeah
Post more Poots
There was a big twist ending at rhe emd of Season 1...that anyone with a brain could have predicted by episode 3
It wasn't bad. Next stop S3
They burned an entire episode on the dyke injun's adventures in tepee land...
Sarah Gadon's sister-in-law is in this show.

I was extremely disappointed after having to wait so long. Thanks, covid. You just know Severance will be just as disappointing.

Mel's hole. Some urban legend
>not listening to Art Bell in the mid 90's
Not being in your mid 50's posting on Cinemaphile
Are you even trying? ARE YOU?
Art was the man. His show was about all my radio could pick up when I was driving back and forth from Reno to Vegas for work.

Yes because that’s so original
by posting on /tv I manifest things into existence.
>guy finds a [insert whatever here] in his backyard/town/farm
Such original idea, anon.
There aren't enough portal to hell movies and you know it.
oh so the aliens are demons now? Never heard that one before
S1 was shit.
Why would you expect S2 to be any different

The last 3 episodes are pretty good. It's gone full back to the future

The best possible timeline. Autumn probably hasn't even turned up yet
