True I do like like watching Drawn together from time to time
tho I would both shows equal
I wish Drawn Together could have a newer, younger team of writers working on a revival.
Wont happen given the show's reputation
Goes to show how Euros are the future of animation not Amerifarts nor Japs
Also I've just realized Gumball is one of the first euro shows to become popular internationally
Euros also embrace 2d, so I might as well start animating in places like France or Ireland.
>so I might as well start animating in places like France or Ireland.
That's why movies like ratatouille have the best backgrounds and feel in pixar history
Illumination is also based for being part-French, which is why their movies are cheaper to produce.
I've captured Smiling Friends.
sonic sez thats no good
I'd ask if Robotnik hates gwimbly too, but he doesn't seem to be a hedgehog.
"Frick Steven Universe." ~Dr Robotnik
As with the rest of Cinemaphile. (Outside of industrycuck and a few zoomers on this board.)
I like it because the colors stroke my autism the same way power rangers and prime bottles do
Because it's a Euro production, simple as is. Every other CN toon was a burger toon.
This show has done so much irreversible damage to Cinemaphileomers that it's not even funny.
This show brought in anti-/co/omers, thanks to Charlie himself.
I'm waiting for Neopuritan-kun to post that infographic any day now...
I used to be a dopamine fiend when I was 16-17ish. It was pretty bad, so Charlie's advice resonated with my younger self. Respect to the show for risking making the audience uncomfortable for a moment
I already watch stuff that makes me uncomfortable, it's called anime.
If you say so, I’ve noticed no difference. Hell there’s coomer threads happening right now.
Smiling Friends... with benefits
I'd love for that to be canon.
Can't you guys just stop jerking off to scat porn or stop being addicted to other shit?
That never stopped Robert Crumb, he MAKES scat porn.
Shut up and put on the maid outfit Charlie
The porn was great
you're asking about me?
I just like it
Forced thread
based thread, imo
ur cringe imo
i'm only here to sexualize alan, that's it.
Oh no. A cartoon that uses meta humor and meme faces. BOO HOO right?
Looney Tunes.
Ren and Stimpy.
This show makes me smile
This show makes me smile... whenever there isn't forced eceleb references.
The jokes still land regardless. You're just pissed off that someone working in the industry didn't forget his roots or friends
I've barely started, in all honesty. The ironic thing is, I've recently acquired connections. The only thing I have to do at this point is work on pre-production shit.
Uhuh
I talk with Edward Kay every now and then, so it's safe to say that I know a thing-or-two about how the Canadian animation industry in particular works.
When I see threads like these, I either see bait or a person obsessed with buzzwords and terminology they don't understand, making shit up about a popular thing so they can hate it for reasons that don't make sense.
Sometimes it's both, which is the case here. In my case, it awakened my sexuality in cases the creators didn't expect people to.
>it awakened my sexuality
>glep will be next
I'd let Glep spit on me for a hundred grand.
I'll tongue Alan's butthole.
I'll draw that, but I don't think jannies will approve... on THIS board anyway 🙂
Crosspost it or use catbox
catbox easily, thx :3
Just a suggestion, but Alan with Charlie sexo would be cool
Perfect, this satisfies my autistic need for canon.
Cinemaphile takes smiling friends too seriously sometimes
It's getting more writers now, so I hope THEY don't take it seriously either.
I think people mischaracterize glep as being a jerk but he's really not
The spitting was after being insulted, he's just a little sensitive is all
He's also kinky in bed, if you catch my drift.
Probably, he's married after all and as former UFC champion Matt Serra once said to me outside a pool hall at 11:30 at night "listen bro, after years of marriage you need to find creative ways to keep the spark alive"
Luckily, I was born to like shit.
Where's the mega?

>"i used to play your games as a tadpole" - pim
so pim is a frog what is charlie
>what is charlie
a male-breeding machine
Dompler.
charlie said he was a homunculus, which just means tiny human
legal shota, nice.
In this case he's the kind where the Russian guy came inside a chicken egg
I have a theory that it's a reference to this statue, which is named Homunculus Loxodontus. It has similar features to Charlie like a big nose and a fat body
They're making a whole movie about this thing in Russia https://youtu.be/0y52J3R7J3Q
>what is charlie
he's the homunculus that Russian guy bashed with a book
Pretty sure homunculus means a human born from some kinda human experiment, but yeah, the iconic russian homunculus video was probably what the creators had in mind
I remember watching it as a kid and thinking it was real
Do you think Pim was sexually abused as a child?
he kisses his dad on the mouth
>he kisses his dad on the mouth
point proven
Someone's mad that a show got picked up instead of their half-started abandoned work
I'm sure your stuff is great OP, show it to us! You can do it
>half-started abandoned work
this describes my webcomic, which in itself is based off comics i used to make when i was in elementary school
They didn't even really pitch, they were just on Pitch Meeting and didn't get any money.
Looks like you need some smiling friends, op.
OP is over-reliant on buzzwords in order to sound cool.
>Look, glep, I've found my cheese!
