>I think it was more he was trying to be creative with ways he could stop wolverine as a normal dude.
Why be a normal dude when I can be a total badass with a jetpack?
Regenerators in general aren't that dangerous unless you have nothing on hand that can put them down for good. Hulk is scary because he's superhumanly durable, while Deadpool and Wolverine can be put out of commission by gunfire and are no tougher than regular humans, barring the coated bones.
I think Deadpool's is more of a case of the wiring in his brain being affected enough by his cancer that the pain receptors don't fire off properly, i.e. you need to hit him hard enough for him to register it, like say getting shot in the dick. And given his history of being forced into life and death situations, Wolverine is probably more of a case of being oversensitive to pain due to having his 'fight or flight' response constantly twisted to to 'fight' by now
Deadpool is more immediately dangerous because he does things that most people wouldn't be crazy enough to do since it would guarantee bodily harm in some manner, but he's more easily put down than Wolverine because his bones aren't coated with a near indestructible metal, so he can get taken apart with less effort. Wolverine can also get KO'd relatively easily, you just have to be more mindful on where you hit him since a headshot won't do much but give him a very bad concussion he'd eventually heal from pretty quickly, but obliterating his lungs and heart would still instantly knock him out.
You'd think regeneraters would job more often against guys with no kill rules. I've never seen it happen but regeneration wouldn't be much of a factor against guys who specialize in capturing crooks with low or no injury.

Or drown them, oxygen is a b***h.
Regeneration doesn't mean gills.
We have seen wolverine does somehow regenerate after drowning to just drown again over and over so unless he’s secured down he will get out gradually
One of the reasons he hates flying in planes is because he weighs a lot due to the metal bones and can’t swim as a result. So crashing in the ocean is a bad time for him
>Literally just concrete block him
Didn't he get completely encased in adamantium a while back?

Yeah, it killed him until he got better and got HOT CLAWS which he proceeded to never use again because everybody thought they were redundant when his claws already cut through everything
>Even If he only has like 15-20 seconds of drowning each time. He will cut through any shit you have securing him eventually >secure arms to sides with heavy rope or chain
Simple as that, and he spends the rest of eternity- wait, how the frick would he even regain consciousness if his lungs are still full of water and his brain is choked from oxygen? He can regenerate flesh, but he's not a fricking fish, he still needs to breathe, and I don't think a lung full of water counts as flesh damage to regenerate from, he'd just be plain dead.
Because "no kill" does not actually mean "I'm going to restrain you"
It means "I'm going to do everything shy of killing you, directly. When your vertebrae slip and you choke to death waiting for somebody to find you, that's not my fault"
I like how all these heroes I grew up loving are being torn away the more I get into comics. I think I made a mistake. I didn't even know this existed.
Wolverine was: >stabbed >shot >torn apart >incinerated >had acid dumped on him >had his adamantine coating ripped off him (painfully to boot) >and much, much more
At this point I'm surprised Logan isn't used to pain.
Probably hurt less when they were natural none claws and significantly less big
According to the Wild Wolverine storyline his healing factor works overtime to fix the damage the adamntium poisoning is doing to him (Never explained how Bullseye manages to live with it) but removing the metal from his body also caused him to become feral because the healing factor exploded without needing to work anymore.
I'm sure someone else can explain it better but that's how it went
why does OP keep spamming posts about the garth ennis punisher team up comics. that shit is lame as frick and OP keeps asking dumbass questions about shit garth ennis gives no fricks about
This is true of most men.
It's a very short list of men who this will not work on.
Ennis enjoys abusing wolverine, and making fun of him. See also, the wolverine parody in the Boys.
Ennis is also a c**t, in the australian sense.
nah he is a homosexual in the worldwide sense
>face shot off
>dick shot off
>run over by a steamroller
Did the writer not like Wolverine?
I think it was more he was trying to be creative with ways he could stop wolverine as a normal dude.

No Ennis really just doesn't like Wolverine. Or most capes.
Ennis is a homosexual

I feel like Deadpool is probably more immediately dangerous because he doesn’t seem to react to pain
Wolverine always does. Even his “berserker rage” is basically just adrenaline and going into shock

That's just Wolverine though, the hairy manlet's power turns him into the ultimate punching bag.
>implying wolverine didn't meticulously smash his wiener until the pain didn't faze him specifically so that franks move wouldn't work again

A brick, a rope and an ocean will do just fine
Nah, didn’t work
Even If he only has like 15-20 seconds of drowning each time. He will cut through any shit you have securing him eventually
Literally just concrete block him maybe. good luck swinging your claws in that
An adamantium rope will do, everyone can have it in Marvel universe
>Literally just concrete block him

Aww, but he looks so happy to have new toys.

>I didn't even know this existed
Damn, you're new as hell.
This book is over 20 years old, anon, came out in 2001. Probably best for you to just avoid Garth Ennis Punisher.
It's a universal weakness

>stabbed
>shot
>torn apart
>incinerated
>had acid dumped on him
>had his adamantine coating ripped off him (painfully to boot)
>and much, much more

You don’t actually “get used” to pain. Let alone severe pain. Especially when you regenerate all your nerves
>You don’t actually “get used” to pain. Let alone severe pain. Especially when you regenerate all your nerves
Isn't this one of the canon reasons Logan's always surly and pissed off, because he's in a state of almost constant pain due to his healing factor?
No, but when he uses his claws, they rip through the skin and crack the bone so it's incredibly painful simply to do it.
Probably hurt less when they were natural none claws and significantly less big
