You can't even prove that he kidnapped those people I definitely remember the scenes being of his goons doing that. The people who wear pig masks. "But he ordered them to.." once again, prove it. You can't put this man behind bars

Yes. That's exactly how that works. All you're saying is >He totally made them!
That's not how courts work. I can't call the police on you and tell the police >He totally did X!
just because I say so.
As a former US Attorney, I strongly disagree. Was his behavior unethical? It certainly looks that way on the surface. But did he actually break any laws? While he came dangerously close to the line, his acts ultimately did not cross the threshhold of criminal behavior.
Ok let's assume you can't charge him with being an accomplice for kidnapping, you could still charge him with false imprisonment. Sure it's not murder, but still a crime
Would it matter? He'll have the jury, judge, district attorney and his own defense lawyer in traps before the court date without even leaving his cell.
It takes a long time to build a case. I bet the cops are working hard, but they have to gather evidence and I'm sure they've got the DA all over their asses.
Which goes to show you how corrupt the system is. Technically he didn't do anything wrong. Yes he designed the traps and yes he kidnapped and put people in them but we only know that because we saw the movie. Cops wouldn't be able to prove any of that.
Good job triggering the Sawgays. They really believe it when they claim that their shitty villain committed no crime. Could you imagine being a fan of a villain who has commited no crime? That is how stupid Sawgays are.
Former Arch Angel of Judgement here, and you are wrong. Whilst his actions are questionable, he always gave his students a way of escape. And if they did not take the opportunity to escape, then they didn’t value life in the first place and was thus already doomed. Jigsaw cannot be held responsible for the deaths of those who don’t want to live and he would therefor be welcomed into heaven with open arms
Former court of law here. Definitely untrue. I would personally have been too scared at the prospect of being shoddily converted into a contrived but surprisingly functional crèche for cruel and unusual blood sports and challenges and would let the man go free as a result.
when jesus christ returns in his full glory for the final resurrection of the dead, jigsaw will face his judgement alongside all others and the messiah himself will see fit to spare him from the firey lake of hell as he is neither guilty of sin nor has broken any of gods commandment. the worst he could be accused of is kidnapping which is not one of the ten commandments
(Verse 1)
Yo, I'm Jigsaw, mastermind of the twisted scheme,
Unraveling minds, life ain't what it seems,
My motives deep, like the ocean's abyss,
Got a mission to teach, yeah, life ain't all bliss.
(Chorus)
I wear my cap backwards, my vision askew,
Traps and puzzles, yeah, that's what I do,
Got a message to share, gotta make 'em see,
Life's precious, wake up from your apathy.
(Verse 2)
Saw traps designed, intricate and cruel,
Testing your will, break the cycle's rule,
Modus operandi, a moral test,
Got you questioning choices, put to the test.
(Chorus)
I wear my cap backwards, my vision askew,
Traps and puzzles, yeah, that's what I do,
Got a message to share, gotta make 'em see,
Life’s precious, wake up from your apathy.
(Verse 3)
From the Reverse Bear Trap to the Shotgun Collar,
Each challenge unfolds, making bodies holler,
Decisions you make, consequences severe,
Can you value life when death's drawing near?
(Chorus)
I wear my cap backwards, my vision askew,
Traps and puzzles, yeah, that's what I do,
Got a message to share, gotta make 'em see,
Life's precious, wake up from your apathy.
(Bridge)
It's a game of survival, a dance on the edge,
Facing your demons, no place to hedge,
My twisted art form, a canvas of pain,
But through this torment, you'll grow and gain.
(Chorus)
I wear my cap backwards, my vision askew,
Traps and puzzles, yeah, that's what I do,
Got a message to share, gotta make 'em see,
Life's precious, wake up from your apathy.
(Outro)
So heed the warning, embrace life's grace,
I'm Jigsaw, revealing truth in this space,
With my cap on backwards, I'll challenge your soul,
To appreciate life and finally be whole.

Never mind the fact that after the 1st movie the puzzles start becoming impossible for some people and have nothing to do with rehabilitating them or whatever
>after the 1st movie
The key goes down the drain at the start of the movie thereby making the puzzle impossible in that one too.
In any case, if you push a man who doesn't know how to swim in a lake you can't say "It was his decision to not learn to swim" as a defense
>In any case, if you push a man who doesn't know how to swim in a lake you can't say "It was his decision to not learn to swim" as a defense
Yes you can dumbass
Never mind the fact that after the 1st movie the puzzles start becoming impossible for some people and have nothing to do with rehabilitating them or whatever
The reverse bear trap in the first movie is enough to prove the "I don't kill" thing is bullshit.
Amanda's "puzzle" is to cut open a guy's stomach to get the key inside it.
There are only four options:
1) Amanda is secretly an expert surgeon and can quickly and safely perform the operation under an immense amount of pressure.
2) Amanda doesn't do it, and dies
3) Amanda DOES do it, resulting in the guy dying
4) Amanda starts to do it, and both she and the guy die
Jigsaw knows Amanda is not an expert surgeon, so the only actual outcome is going to be someone ending up dead. There is no way the "game" doesn't result in a death.
Even worse is that the paralyzed guy has no fricking "game", he doesn't even get a tape to know how he fricked up badly enough to get killed by Jigsaw.
Amanda's trap is pretty easy because it's literally just "murder a guy"
The car seat back glue thing always struck me as relatively easy. Just gotta psych yourself up for it like a bandaid.
I think I could give myself an emergency trach if I really needed to in order to avoid drowning
That's pretty much it. I don't think I could directly inflict severe bodily harm on myself
I can’t remember, was there ever a trap for a glutton? All I can think of is that fat guy who had to cut more skin off than the black girl who won Scream Queens.
>The code is written on the wall but you're covered in gasoline and the floor is made of broken glass
Yeah no, scratch that. I wouldn't survive that one.
In the first two films he's clearly an insane unsympathetic villain. It's only 3 onwards that the writers start believing his bullshit and try to make him into a righteous antihero.
>It's only 3 onwards that the writers start believing his bullshit and try to make him into a righteous antihero.
Mostly cause hes dead and they want to make it more believable he would have a cult following that would keep doing his insane shit in honor of him.
>initially only killed one dude to avenge his sister >is blackmailed by jigsaw into helping him make traps >actively chooses to just keep making these tests for fun after jigsaw and Amanda are dead, even though it puts him in danger
He literally put his friends and colleagues he thought were morally good through those tests like Rigg, and tormented and killed Matthews. It’s weird
If you guys were tasked with coming up with a proper continuation of the Saw franchise from Saw 3D, how would you do it?
I think you could maybe bring back Hoffman by revealing Logan was working with him during Saw IV–3D. After Gordon traps Hoffman in the bathroom, Logan gets him out, and uhhhhh. I don't know where you go from there, but I want the Hoffmanator back.
Unless you wanna get even more convoluted and moronic with the narrative, I think it's best to either A) have an unrelated copy-cat do the next set of traps of B) flashback to pre-saw 1 Jiggy. Either way, it'd be fun. This whole "successor to jig saw" shit is getting moronic
>jigsaw comes back as a ghost >jigsaw never actually died >a courtroom drama that ignores every movie after two >jigsaw transferred his spirit over to the doll using voodoo >in the year 2200 the cult of jigsaw creates a jigsaw AI to
chastise the world for its sins >jigsaw/hellraiser crossover
The possibilities are endless.
I was one of the guys who made fun of it and called it tortureporn until I was forced to watch the first one. 1 is genuinely a great low budget film and I would recommend it to anyone who likes creepy shit with twists. Meanwhile I can’t bring myself to watch actual gross shit like Hostel or Terrifier (I’m a pussy, I know)
What’s with the schizo MC anon? He waits for Saw threads to pop up so he can make weird autistic posts about MC that he doesn’t elaborate on and gets defensive of when you make fun of him.
this fricker Hoffman actually cuts off a guy’s hand and keeps it with him so he can use it as his fake fingerprint maker in like every scene. god I fricking hate Hoffman what a stupid fricking character
To be fair, you have to have someone's prints on file for finger prints to matter. Jiggy doesn't strike me as someone with a prior record, considering his background as an engineer
Side note, I'm pretty sure I got my engineering degree because I watched the saw movies growing up
>I want to play a little game... >You never appreciated your life, you've never celebrated your birthday taking your life for granted. In 2 hours the doors will open and a group of friends will enter with cake, presents and balloons. You must blow the candles and make a wish, then you must enjoy some fruit punch and dance with a cute girl who has a secret crush on you. Make your choice.
Saw is such an unbelievably shit franchise, old buddy of mine made me bingewatch them and it's all the same shit and the forced plot twists are fricking garbage
after 2 I’m invested in the characters enough to keep going even if Jill’s scenes make me cringe, can’t stand her. I like most mystery/hunting down a killer kind of stories so maybe I just like that stuff. I don’t see how you can genuinely not like 1 or 2 unless they’re not your type, they’re objectively good movies.

All part of the plan. Tuck your tail between your legs and return to the catalog, or eviscerate yourself and expose yourself as the lolcow you are, archived forevermore; make your choice.
Got to love American morons with no knowledge of their own legal system, pretending to be lawyers.
Common law jurisdictions all have similar types of laws which prevent this action, in the US, it's the called the Felony murder rule. Simply put, if an actor(legal term of art to describe someone who does something, not an actor as a profession) is committing a felonious act and someone dies in relation to that act but not as a direct cause of the action, that person is seen by the court as guilty of murder.
The standard example is someone going in and robbing a bank, and one of the patrons then has a heart attack and dies. The bank robber would also be found guilty of their murder.
Since Kidnapping is a felony, Jigsaw is deemed responsible for anything that may happen to them, including their death.
i actually asked my friend once who is a criminal attorney if Jigsaw could prosecuted. he said it would be a tough case and you could definitely get him on kidnapping, but murder is out of the question because the victims could have not died if they made the choices available to them. it's really mindfricky stuff. the problem is, you can only convict someone of a crime once, so once he did his time for kidnapping the first time, he could go back to doing the same thing and the cops would never be able to get him again.
Got to love American morons with no knowledge of their own legal system, pretending to be lawyers.

that's not true, murder has to be deliberate. otherwise it's manslaughter, but they still can't get him on manslaughter because they chose to not do the things they could have done to survive, so it was legally suicide.
Looks like another moronic europoor can’t wrap his mind around how Jigsaw could not be proven guilty. He’s not responsible for anyone, it’s THEIR choice. He even says it’s YOUR choice. Not his. Really making Europe look even worse here buddy.
kek typical eurotard
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Felony_murder_rule
>The concept of felony murder originates in the rule of transferred intent, which is older than the limit of legal memory. In its original form, the malicious intent inherent in the commission of any crime, however trivial, was considered to apply to any consequences of that crime regardless of intent.
all murder is a felony, "felony murder" is redundant. also common law doesn't exist in the US because we're under maritime law unless you opt out, google sovereign citizen you dumb yuropoor

>without a law degree doesn’t even know how the criminal justice system works
These counter-intuitive (to the layman) applications of the law prove this statement incorrect. Here's one example of it in action.
>Woman drives her 3 friends to a home invasion >Son of the homeowner defends his property and shoots all 3 dead >As his actions are are covered by self defence, he's cleared of wrongdoing >Responsibility is now transferred over to the getaway driver, who is charged and ultimately convicted of the 3 murders.

>thinks shoving a nail covered trap on someones head while theyre unconscious they cant remove that then kills them isnt first degree murder >calling others morons
>Shoot someone >"Your honor, look at me, now look at this picture of the gun shot wound. Inside that wound is a bullet, which punctured that man's liver and caused septic shock which led to his death. Now, with all due respect, your honor, do I look like a bullet?" >Jury gasps >Prosecution looks defeated >Judge nods respectfully
He couldn’t. Amanda did this to ensure he died. It’s a plot point in the movie. They talk about how the mandible is one of the thickest bones in the body and there was zero chance he’d pull a ring through it
There are no documents and no testimony of me where I said "please kidnap me and put me through one of your tests which may kill me or disfigure me as a consequence"
And even if I did sign a contract it would mean nothing as assisted suicide isn't legal where I live
As a member of Supreme Court I can say without any shadow of doubt Jigsaw would have been innocent if brought to a trial.
He, at worst, simply tried to check willpower of other human beings by observing them. If you laid in bed refusing to eat and drink for a week, would that be Jigsaw’s fault?
As a member of British parliament it's clear Jigsaw was acting in good faith, did not engage in criminal cheeky cheeky mishaps and is overall a top bloke.
Not guilty tbqh lads.
AS A MEMBER OF THE TURKMENISTAN TRIBUNAL IT IS CLEAR TO ME THAT JIGGYSAW BABY DID NOT DO ANYTHING CRIMINAL, ALTHOUGH HIS SMELL IS GIRTHY.
(PLEASE WASH)
When I was in primary school I would get low IQ kids to do my dirty work. And when they said "anon told me to do it" the teacher would say " and if anon told you to jump off a cliff, would you?". Jigsaw would walk free, they chose to do it. Even playground rules acknowledge this
What? Surely the challenge would be to see if AI could make a case to convict? Anybody, even a fricking moron like myself could make an airtight open and shut case for JigChad walking.
Show the scene where Jiggy holds a gun to someone's head and tells them to pull the trigger then? Can't find it? Because it doesn't exist. He's innocent.
What laws did he actually break?
I mean I guess you could get him for breaking zoning laws (operating heavy industrial machinery in a residential area). Other than that? Good luck.
What do you mean by "setting up"? They always had a choice. Is it a car manufacturer's fault of a guy drives through a couple of preschoolers and then drives off a cliff? Of course not.
>put them in impossible situations where the most likely outcome is their death >MUH CHOICE
Anyone who seeks any kind of internal logic in fricking straight-to-DVD horror slop is moronic.
Its about consent. The establishment says "you can consent to," (for example), 'doing sex work', but if your choice is between starving or doing sex work can it really be said that you consent to it?
Name ONE crime Jigsaw did.
And no sweetie, kidnapping was never involved. These people simply woke up there.
Show me law stating you cannot attach funny puzzles to people.
>breaking zoning laws >tax evasion >construction without a permit >unsafe working conditions for his employees >conducting invasive surgery's without proper consent and without a license
>those first three
That was all legal through John and Art Blank's Urban Renewal Group. >unsafe working conditions
They signed waivers. >invasive surgery
Dr. Gordon did all of that.
>Your honor, I was simply travelling from one location to another. There was no driving and thus no kidnap. >Furthermore, I do not consent to this court.
The judge bows to sovereign citizen Jiggy and he is cleared of all charges.
in all honesty i bet none of you homosexuals could escape a single trap in this whole franchise. i however have the capacity to get out of all of them except anything involving syringes or bones
Can you even imagine working for the police in the Saw universe?
>constantly losing colleagues to jigsaw >half the cops are insanely corrupt >jigsaw turns out to be a detective who kills a whole police station, kills the fbi team hunting him, then kills the Internal Affairs team sent to investigate him
Makes me miss the days of Tapp and Sing. They were a comfy as frick partnership
Where can Saw go after Jiggy?
Tobin is 81 now and I don't know how many more movies he can make before he's too old to do it anymore
I know they tried to do new shit with Spiral but that movie sucked fat wieners so no one wants more shit like that.
If I was the studio exes I'd just pump out as many Saw movies with jiggy as possible before he's too old to do anymore because after he's gone this series will basically be over.
"I never murdered anyone... I just drugged them, kidnapped them, and locked them in torture chambers with a 99% chance of fatality"
The whole saw francise is fricking dumb, instead of letting it just be a gore-fest horror movie, like Hostel, they tried to add nuance and substance to it and ruined it.
He'd make a wonderful Batman with that mentality.
That or Prime Minister of Canada
That argument wouldn't hold up in a real world court of law.
It definitely wouldn't help out with the kidnapping charges
You can't even prove that he kidnapped those people I definitely remember the scenes being of his goons doing that. The people who wear pig masks. "But he ordered them to.." once again, prove it. You can't put this man behind bars
Oh so you are telling me that those goons just so happened to bring them to death traps he built?
Sure. We can’t prove anything.

just because I say so.
Mindset is an important part of any conviction - and in Jigsaw's mind his imprisonment of them is not "false"

Would it matter? He'll have the jury, judge, district attorney and his own defense lawyer in traps before the court date without even leaving his cell.
He literally doesn't do anything. Does a school bus driver kidnap children when he moves them from their homes to the school? Jfc
Okay then explain how he didn't get arrested after ten movies?!

But he’s not the villain. Hoffman is the villain. Kramer is the good guy. He teaches you lessons.
He didn’t commit any crime either.
And what about the kidnapping?
No Kids we’re involved so kidnapping is off the table
Can’t be proven.
Is it kidnapping to send a child to school?
Am I schizo if I believe this could legitimately be an arch angel who wrote this post? I'm like 50/50
he just told you he's a FORMER archangel.
Lucifer here, figured I should weigh in. Jigsaw would have no place in any circle of Hell, for he hath committed no sin.
Former court of law here. Definitely untrue. I would personally have been too scared at the prospect of being shoddily converted into a contrived but surprisingly functional crèche for cruel and unusual blood sports and challenges and would let the man go free as a result.
As a former president of the united states I agree
Dubya? Dubya say the line man!
depends on how much he paid the democrats
when jesus christ returns in his full glory for the final resurrection of the dead, jigsaw will face his judgement alongside all others and the messiah himself will see fit to spare him from the firey lake of hell as he is neither guilty of sin nor has broken any of gods commandment. the worst he could be accused of is kidnapping which is not one of the ten commandments
Thou shall not steal.
You fricking room temp iq Black person
>I never killed those children, your honor
>I simply placed them into the oil tank. They chose to stop swimming and drown.
For me it is Saw 3D/7 when he is wearing a backwards baseball cap.
Pic rel. Jiggybussin.
>GO GO GO GO GO GO SHAWTY IT'S YOUR BIRTHDAY
The most interesting thing about the new Saw movie is the crossover with MC content.
I'm really enjoying it. Jigsaw = JigC. Baker = MC. Doesn't mean I'm afraid of Jigsaw though.
why are you talking to yourself
>He thinks there's only one JC/MC and adjacent content enjoyer on the board.
I’ve seen you called a schizo in multiple saw threads for ranting and raving about whatever MC is
I don’t get it. Which one is the motorcycle supposed to be?
YO LIL DONNIE
my name is what
my name is who
my name jikkky jikky jigsaw-y
(Verse 1)
Yo, I'm Jigsaw, mastermind of the twisted scheme,
Unraveling minds, life ain't what it seems,
My motives deep, like the ocean's abyss,
Got a mission to teach, yeah, life ain't all bliss.
(Chorus)
I wear my cap backwards, my vision askew,
Traps and puzzles, yeah, that's what I do,
Got a message to share, gotta make 'em see,
Life's precious, wake up from your apathy.
(Verse 2)
Saw traps designed, intricate and cruel,
Testing your will, break the cycle's rule,
Modus operandi, a moral test,
Got you questioning choices, put to the test.
(Chorus)
I wear my cap backwards, my vision askew,
Traps and puzzles, yeah, that's what I do,
Got a message to share, gotta make 'em see,
Life’s precious, wake up from your apathy.
(Verse 3)
From the Reverse Bear Trap to the Shotgun Collar,
Each challenge unfolds, making bodies holler,
Decisions you make, consequences severe,
Can you value life when death's drawing near?
(Chorus)
I wear my cap backwards, my vision askew,
Traps and puzzles, yeah, that's what I do,
Got a message to share, gotta make 'em see,
Life's precious, wake up from your apathy.
(Bridge)
It's a game of survival, a dance on the edge,
Facing your demons, no place to hedge,
My twisted art form, a canvas of pain,
But through this torment, you'll grow and gain.
(Chorus)
I wear my cap backwards, my vision askew,
Traps and puzzles, yeah, that's what I do,
Got a message to share, gotta make 'em see,
Life's precious, wake up from your apathy.
(Outro)
So heed the warning, embrace life's grace,
I'm Jigsaw, revealing truth in this space,
With my cap on backwards, I'll challenge your soul,
To appreciate life and finally be whole.

Eminem could probably play Jigsaw after Tobin Bell dies
Never mind the fact that after the 1st movie the puzzles start becoming impossible for some people and have nothing to do with rehabilitating them or whatever
>after the 1st movie
The key goes down the drain at the start of the movie thereby making the puzzle impossible in that one too.
In any case, if you push a man who doesn't know how to swim in a lake you can't say "It was his decision to not learn to swim" as a defense
>In any case, if you push a man who doesn't know how to swim in a lake you can't say "It was his decision to not learn to swim" as a defense
Yes you can dumbass
But he didn’t kill the guy, Amanda did. Jigsaw didn’t kill anyone. Checkmate.
As the detective in movie 2 points out, if Person A forces person B to kill someone, it is Person A who is guilty of murder
But he didn’t force them to kill anyone. Live or die, it was their choice.
Check and mate.
Damn, you got me there. I concede.
irrefutable
I mean that’s literally a plot point for Amanda and Hoffman. They don’t want people to survive at all. Their traps are rigged.
My uncle is a lawyer and says that's the scariest thing about these movies. You couldn't convict Jiggy
Some losers of the game were minorities so mob law would take over
I've never vaccinated anyone in my life. The decisions are up to the goyim. No refunds lol.
>proceeds to make the puzzles extremely hard and almost impossible as the series progresses
What did he mean by this Cinemaphile ?
he dindu nuffin!
Do you think you could do any of the traps if you legitimately woke up in one?
You're not that guy, pal
Ayo, I'm Jigsawin' here, capice?
Amanda's trap is pretty easy because it's literally just "murder a guy"
The car seat back glue thing always struck me as relatively easy. Just gotta psych yourself up for it like a bandaid.
I think I could give myself an emergency trach if I really needed to in order to avoid drowning
That's pretty much it. I don't think I could directly inflict severe bodily harm on myself
For that he needs to build a trap that will fit me. I can't even find jeans that fit me. kek
I can’t remember, was there ever a trap for a glutton? All I can think of is that fat guy who had to cut more skin off than the black girl who won Scream Queens.
>Eat veggies, more protein, no junk food and canned foods, exercise little by little.
Noooooo.. the horroorrr.. Jiggyy.. you can't do thaaaat.. !!
If it doesn't involve gouging my eyes with a spoon yeah, I fricking could.
>The code is written on the wall but you're covered in gasoline and the floor is made of broken glass
Yeah no, scratch that. I wouldn't survive that one.
If it was dealing with pain I could do it. Will to survive shit yes. If it made me think like say a puzzle. I'd be fricked.
You can't even prove that he exists at all. For all we know, he could be a figment of your imagination, or a movie character.
Not really. Hoffman is a total psycho who
>initially only killed one dude to avenge his sister
>is blackmailed by jigsaw into helping him make traps
>actively chooses to just keep making these tests for fun after jigsaw and Amanda are dead, even though it puts him in danger
He literally put his friends and colleagues he thought were morally good through those tests like Rigg, and tormented and killed Matthews. It’s weird
No but its all the Sawgays can say about their shitty franchise.
Seethe or cope, make your choice.
>Logan
Who?
The guy from Jigsaw
Unless you wanna get even more convoluted and moronic with the narrative, I think it's best to either A) have an unrelated copy-cat do the next set of traps of B) flashback to pre-saw 1 Jiggy. Either way, it'd be fun. This whole "successor to jig saw" shit is getting moronic
Jigsaw uploads his consciousness to the doll and AI jigsaw continues the games.
I'd take the 4 different successors still alive/ambiguous fates and have all of them run games simultaneously in the city.
But what's the big "Hello Zepp" twist?
>jigsaw comes back as a ghost
>jigsaw never actually died
>a courtroom drama that ignores every movie after two
>jigsaw transferred his spirit over to the doll using voodoo
>in the year 2200 the cult of jigsaw creates a jigsaw AI to
chastise the world for its sins
>jigsaw/hellraiser crossover
The possibilities are endless.
>You wanna play some games, kids?
>WHO LET THE DOGS OUT
>wigsaw
I have never seen a single Saw movie
I was one of the guys who made fun of it and called it tortureporn until I was forced to watch the first one. 1 is genuinely a great low budget film and I would recommend it to anyone who likes creepy shit with twists. Meanwhile I can’t bring myself to watch actual gross shit like Hostel or Terrifier (I’m a pussy, I know)
Stuff like Hostel and Terrifier overdo it egregiously. They're more sickening than horrifying
yeah I saw the terrifier scene where he skins that girl alive or whatever and I found that way nastier than any of the shit like the glue trap
The only movies that I've ever seen are Saw movies.
The manga was better.
What’s with the schizo MC anon? He waits for Saw threads to pop up so he can make weird autistic posts about MC that he doesn’t elaborate on and gets defensive of when you make fun of him.
kek these threads never get old
but wouldn't they find his fingerprints all over the traps?
this fricker Hoffman actually cuts off a guy’s hand and keeps it with him so he can use it as his fake fingerprint maker in like every scene. god I fricking hate Hoffman what a stupid fricking character
To be fair, you have to have someone's prints on file for finger prints to matter. Jiggy doesn't strike me as someone with a prior record, considering his background as an engineer
Side note, I'm pretty sure I got my engineering degree because I watched the saw movies growing up
Have you ever tried to make your own beartrap? Any cool idea on a trap that you would construct?
Tony Hawk looking rough
>I want to play a little game...
>You never appreciated your life, you've never celebrated your birthday taking your life for granted. In 2 hours the doors will open and a group of friends will enter with cake, presents and balloons. You must blow the candles and make a wish, then you must enjoy some fruit punch and dance with a cute girl who has a secret crush on you. Make your choice.
What's the other option?
You can choose not to drink any fruit punch but jigsaw will look at you with the "son I am disappoint" face
I clapped when mouthfricked her with RBT. Fricking smug b***h thinks she can screw over Hoffman and just walk away.
these threads and pretending to be a lawyer/former supreme court judge stopped being amusing 10 years ago
nobody is confused, nobody is getting baited, you're replying to each other
The way I see it, all of the unfunny posts get made up for by the occasional actually funny one.
Sounds like you’re an unconvinced homosexual. The truth is, he will always walk free, and you will continue to be a laughingstock for attempting to hide this fact. Cope. Seethe. Dilate.
posts like yours just fuel the fire you actual autist lmfao
delusional, narcissist murderer gaysaw vs chad self-concious punisher Hoffman
t. Black personlipped Hoffman
He tore your mom's pussy with those chad lips.
>pulls back mouth from eating MILF pussy
>has that huge torn mouth flap from the beartrap
women love that rugged masculinity
This is my favorite gag on this entire board because I can just picture some red-in-the-face Redditor foaming at the mouth and pounding on his keyboard to get through to the savages that Jigsaw did, in fact, break the law.
the best part is you really will get at least one of those autists once per thread, or just someone mad overall lol
>or just someone mad overall lol
Lawyers are literally paid to argue and defend points without getting mad. It's quite a moronic assumption you are making.
My cousin is a lawyer and he never got mad about how he couldn’t prove Jigsaw guilty. Perplexed, maybe. But not as mad as you.
>My cousin is a lawyer
My cousin is an olympian what does that have to do with the price of fish?
Exactly. Fish can swim. Jigsaw is free.
>My cousin is an olympian
Prove it.
You can’t.
Just like you can’t prove Jigsaw was guilty.
Checkmate.
All part of the plan. Tuck your tail between your legs and return to the catalog, or eviscerate yourself and expose yourself as the lolcow you are, archived forevermore; make your choice.
and here he is
>not realizing that those people are just pulling a double reverse bait
come on now, don't tell me you fall for this shit
>He would le never le get le prosecuted! xDDD
kek, he woud be going to jail for kinapping, torturing and most likely murder.
You’re a dumbass. Read a book for once.
>I AM A LAWYER
>I AM A LAWYER, DR HAN I AM A LAWYER
i actually asked my friend once who is a criminal attorney if Jigsaw could prosecuted. he said it would be a tough case and you could definitely get him on kidnapping, but murder is out of the question because the victims could have not died if they made the choices available to them. it's really mindfricky stuff. the problem is, you can only convict someone of a crime once, so once he did his time for kidnapping the first time, he could go back to doing the same thing and the cops would never be able to get him again.
Got to love American morons with no knowledge of their own legal system, pretending to be lawyers.
Since Kidnapping is a felony, Jigsaw is deemed responsible for anything that may happen to them, including their death.
that's not true, murder has to be deliberate. otherwise it's manslaughter, but they still can't get him on manslaughter because they chose to not do the things they could have done to survive, so it was legally suicide.
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Felony_murder_rule
>The concept of felony murder originates in the rule of transferred intent, which is older than the limit of legal memory. In its original form, the malicious intent inherent in the commission of any crime, however trivial, was considered to apply to any consequences of that crime regardless of intent.
Try again homosexuals.
all murder is a felony, "felony murder" is redundant. also common law doesn't exist in the US because we're under maritime law unless you opt out, google sovereign citizen you dumb yuropoor
>all murder is a felony, "felony murder" is redundant.
Don't blame me for what you morons call your laws. As for the Sovereign citizen shit, it doesn't surprise me in the slightest that you have such a poor understanding of the law, if you believe that.
He's trying to claim the term is oxymoronic, when it clearly implies the murder has occured as a consequence of a seperate felony
Did you know that taking things too literally is a sign of autism?
>Backpedaling like a coward
Classic. Jog on.
I turned 360 degrees and walked away, Jogger.
I’m gonna be nice and point out that this is you.
>eurotard so excited to make fun of americans that he doesn’t realize he’s making his people look worse
>I’m gonna be nice and point out that this is you.
And I'm going to call you a fricking moron and point out that I'm well aware you think that and I addressed it here.
And yet you’re just embarrassing yourself further kek
I can’t believe eurotards are this dumb
Being objectively correct isn't embarrassing in the slightest, no matter how you try and twist it you clown.
You’re objectively wrong. Jigsaw would walk free. You can’t prove anything.
Billy isn’t a clown, he’s just a puppet.
Lmao europoor without a law degree doesn’t even know how the criminal justice system works
>europoor
Europe and one US state operate on an entirely different set of legal principles of which I'm not trained in. If I was European I wouldn't actually be commenting.
>without a law degree doesn’t even know how the criminal justice system works
These counter-intuitive (to the layman) applications of the law prove this statement incorrect. Here's one example of it in action.
>Woman drives her 3 friends to a home invasion
>Son of the homeowner defends his property and shoots all 3 dead
>As his actions are are covered by self defence, he's cleared of wrongdoing
>Responsibility is now transferred over to the getaway driver, who is charged and ultimately convicted of the 3 murders.
https://edition.cnn.com/2017/03/27/us/oklahoma-three-dead-home-burglary/index.html
Not reading all this. Jigsaw did nothing wrong. Cope, seethe, and dilate.
>Cope, seethe, and dilate
Meme spouting like a moron.
I'll accept your concession.
Sounds like you’re just mad that the court isn’t in your favor. Go play Phoenix Wright elsewhere, kiddo. Adults know Jigsaw is unable to be proven guilty.
Just copy paste your posts everygime there's a thread like this, best way to kill these threads.
Everybody knows jigsaw would be convicted for manslaughter and murder.
You obviously have no grasp of the justice system if you can’t figure out why Kramer would be declared innocent. moron.
this proves nothing
It proves everything.
She being the getaway driver committed the felonious act of delivering them to the crime scene, had she not; it's entirely possible that they would still be alive today. So while she didn't pull the trigger, she's deemed responsible.
So what you’re telling me is that Jigsaw is innocent
He put them in that situation, he is responsible for what happens to them. If they die, he's is seen as a murderer by the court.
So, what you’re saying is, that Jigsaw did nothing wrong and could not be convicted of a crime?
No, acting like a delusional troony does you no favours either.
You would be disbarred using language like that. Lawyers get paid to debate this stuff without getting mad, y’know.
I'd get sanctioned for it IF I had done so in court, but this is Cinemaphile; part of the catharsis is able to say exactly what I think of people.
Are you a sheltered zoomer or something, who thinks any hostile language means someone is mad? Perhaps you should return to whatever hugbox you've come from.
I’m actually a former US prosecutor and I know without a doubt that almost nothing we could pin on this guy would stick.
If Jigsaw told you to jump off a cliff would you do it?
Checkmate.
BAILIFF JANNY, HOLD THIS MAN IN CONTEMPT OF BOARD
sooooooooo what you’re telling me is that Jigsaw wouldn’t be found guilty?
anon I think he’s trying to tell us that Jigsaw could not reasonably be convicted of any crime
sounds to me like jigsaw is innocent
You're being memed on, anon
I respect his resolve but he clearly doesn’t understand the Law enough to see how Jigsaw would be let scot-free. I can’t blame him, it’s almost baffling.
>Thinks I don't know this.
Trolls trolling trolls trolling trolls
>Thinks I don't know that you know this
Forgive me, You've quite clearly shown yourself to be a moron at this point. Wouldn't have been wise to assume.
I can't forgive a moron like you who was tricked like a loser lmao
that’s not even me ya moron lmfao
looks like you’re not smart enough to convict Jigsaw, tough luck kiddo
>looks like you’re not smart enough to convict Jigsaw, tough luck kiddo
Is anybody, though?
Not to my knowledge.
It’s literally YOUR CHOICE. He gave you the option. Your fault you didn’t take it. Jigsaw would never be taken in if you wound up dead or disfigured, eurogay.
>the malicious intent inherent in the commission of any crime,
Irrelevant because Jigsaw committed no crime in the first place. You're arresting him for giving them a choice? A succulent puzzling choice?
Looks like another moronic europoor can’t wrap his mind around how Jigsaw could not be proven guilty. He’s not responsible for anyone, it’s THEIR choice. He even says it’s YOUR choice. Not his. Really making Europe look even worse here buddy.
kek typical eurotard
>thinks shoving a nail covered trap on someones head while theyre unconscious they cant remove that then kills them isnt first degree murder
>calling others morons
>Shoot someone
>"Your honor, look at me, now look at this picture of the gun shot wound. Inside that wound is a bullet, which punctured that man's liver and caused septic shock which led to his death. Now, with all due respect, your honor, do I look like a bullet?"
>Jury gasps
>Prosecution looks defeated
>Judge nods respectfully
The final Saw film needs to be a 2 hour trial of Jigsaw in which he ultimately goes free. The finale of schlock-kino.
That would be kino, stealing your idea
>scream "drop the weapon" and mag dump into his face, say "I was in fear for my life"
nuthin personal
realistically how was he meant to rip a solid ring out of his jaw in like a minute
He couldn’t. Amanda did this to ensure he died. It’s a plot point in the movie. They talk about how the mandible is one of the thickest bones in the body and there was zero chance he’d pull a ring through it
Is Saw the ultimate filter for europeans? They can’t seem to wrap their minds around the intricacies of Kramer’s innocence.
>Is Saw the ultimate filter for europeans?
No no, we can understand it just fine. Ignore the one other Euro in here sperging out please, thank you.
I hope the legal eagel makes a video on the Saw franchise so that you homosexuals can finally stfu
I hope Jigsaw puts you in a trap!
Without my consent that would be illegal
But could you prove it in a court of law?
There are no documents and no testimony of me where I said "please kidnap me and put me through one of your tests which may kill me or disfigure me as a consequence"
And even if I did sign a contract it would mean nothing as assisted suicide isn't legal where I live
But you can’t prove it
>legal eagel
Incompetent clown would probably say that Jigsaw is innocent.
…so he’s right for once?
legal eagle sounds like some kind of family guy cutaway character
maybe the chicken lawyer from futurama could figure this out
As a member of Supreme Court I can say without any shadow of doubt Jigsaw would have been innocent if brought to a trial.
He, at worst, simply tried to check willpower of other human beings by observing them. If you laid in bed refusing to eat and drink for a week, would that be Jigsaw’s fault?
No, of course not.
What do you think about Roe v Wade
Are those characters from Saw movie?
As a member of British parliament it's clear Jigsaw was acting in good faith, did not engage in criminal cheeky cheeky mishaps and is overall a top bloke.
Not guilty tbqh lads.
Neither Kramer nor Trump could be impeached
AS A MEMBER OF THE TURKMENISTAN TRIBUNAL IT IS CLEAR TO ME THAT JIGGYSAW BABY DID NOT DO ANYTHING CRIMINAL, ALTHOUGH HIS SMELL IS GIRTHY.
(PLEASE WASH)
>Charges officer?
justice absolutely and eternally btfo
This is literally the human equivalent of "guns don't kill people, bullets kill people".
forks don’t eat food, humans eat food
doesn't the government do the same thing? they place us in a society and lock us up when we go CRAZY!
That's the hidden irony of the series that goes over most viewers' heads.
When I was in primary school I would get low IQ kids to do my dirty work. And when they said "anon told me to do it" the teacher would say " and if anon told you to jump off a cliff, would you?". Jigsaw would walk free, they chose to do it. Even playground rules acknowledge this
>Even playground rules acknowledge this
Unbeatable logic. Jigsaw is back on the streets within mere moments of this being spoken in court.
Now the real question lads. Can Jigsaw sue for wrongful arrest?
The interfranchise dialogue between Saw and MC series is one of the most interesting things.
Oh hey it’s the local MC schizo. Did you come back since your thread with 5 anons total was dying?
That post got trips. You got jack shit.
Don’t samegay just cause you’re mad, buddy. I saw your dead thread.
Can chatgpt make a case that Jigsaw could walk?
What? Surely the challenge would be to see if AI could make a case to convict? Anybody, even a fricking moron like myself could make an airtight open and shut case for JigChad walking.
I'll let Chatgpt be the judge on that one mate
Literally watched this last night. Donnie says right after “if you put a gun to someone’s head and make them pull the trigger you’re still a murderer”
Sure, but it's impossible to prove that Jigsaw told anybody to do that.
Show the scene where Jiggy holds a gun to someone's head and tells them to pull the trigger then? Can't find it? Because it doesn't exist. He's innocent.
You'd never convict him in Georgia, Iowa, or Nebraska. He was just cleaning up the streets.
Former chief of police here, we wouldn't even charge the guy, there would be no point
What laws did he actually break?
I mean I guess you could get him for breaking zoning laws (operating heavy industrial machinery in a residential area). Other than that? Good luck.
setting up someone to die is first degree murder
only if he had no idea what he was doing (ie drunk driving) then it would be involuntary manslaughter
>setting up someone to die is first degree murder
You can't prove it was him.
in reality it would be easily found out who did it
I’m the former US prosecutor and it really wouldn’t be easy at all. Almost impossible, more like.
What do you mean by "setting up"? They always had a choice. Is it a car manufacturer's fault of a guy drives through a couple of preschoolers and then drives off a cliff? Of course not.
yeah, tie you down to rail tracks and give you a choice to cut off your leg to get away
its 1st degree murder
and in you 'example' the car would be set up to drive over people - 100% premeditated murder
Felony Tax Evasion.
Theres no way an unemployed engineer with terminal cancer is paying property taxes on all those abandoned warehouses.
They would drop those charges in a plea deal anyway
He's old. Maybe he was an engineer for 35 years and has a lot saved up.
There is a possibility that he didn't have to pay taxes for those. E.g. senior citizens or the disabled can be exempt from property tax.
>we never poisoned anyone, the decision was up to them
>t. big pharma
Who would JigC vote for in the 2024 election?
no one knows what you’re talking about
>believe
Feel free to prove him wrong in court.
You literally can't.
>put them in impossible situations where the most likely outcome is their death
>MUH CHOICE
Anyone who seeks any kind of internal logic in fricking straight-to-DVD horror slop is moronic.
Nihilistic losers jump on any villains dick if he gives them some dumb gimmick or half-assed philosophical reasoning for his actions.
>muh villain who btfos the heroes arguments and motivations.
And then a jury of some 98 IQ mongrels gets him the death penalty.
He doesn’t do a single thing wrong. Sounds like Saw is too intellectual for you, maybe Rick n Morty is more your speed.
former sub 98 IQ mongrel here, I would say he’s not guilty.
>implying
Id air this fricker out and plant a knife on him before he could ask what he was arrested for
Its about consent. The establishment says "you can consent to," (for example), 'doing sex work', but if your choice is between starving or doing sex work can it really be said that you consent to it?
Jigsaw = JigC
Baker = MC
Afraid of Jigsaw? No, I enjoy MC content.
Still talking to yourself?
Looks like you are eager for some kind of dialogue. Like you need attention.
Jigsaw = JigC
therefore C=saw
Baker=MC
therefore Baker=Msaw
I will crack the code!
That's an interesting angle that's worth considering.
People with an actual appreciation for math and logic have a different way of approaching this content that I think sheds new light on it.
Honestly Jigsaw is the only one not guilty of taking away people’s freedom of choice
Name ONE crime Jigsaw did.
And no sweetie, kidnapping was never involved. These people simply woke up there.
Show me law stating you cannot attach funny puzzles to people.
>breaking zoning laws
>tax evasion
>construction without a permit
>unsafe working conditions for his employees
>conducting invasive surgery's without proper consent and without a license
>those first three
That was all legal through John and Art Blank's Urban Renewal Group.
>unsafe working conditions
They signed waivers.
>invasive surgery
Dr. Gordon did all of that.
Yawn. Next?
He put a key in Amandas Co-Worker before he Dr. Gordan became his ally.
No surgical scar or stitching, and it's in his intestines. That guy just swallowed it.
Eating keys is not illegal. The day it becomes illegal to eat a small piece of metal is the day america falls
>Your honor, I was simply travelling from one location to another. There was no driving and thus no kidnap.
>Furthermore, I do not consent to this court.
The judge bows to sovereign citizen Jiggy and he is cleared of all charges.
Lol people really think slowly torturing people to death is not a crime now.
in all honesty i bet none of you homosexuals could escape a single trap in this whole franchise. i however have the capacity to get out of all of them except anything involving syringes or bones
at the very least he sliced tapps throat and led sing into a shotgun trap, that would be enough to put him away
He was standing his ground
he entered private property without a warrant.
Doesn't matter if its your property, booby traps are illegal, even in the land of the free.
they weren't booby traps. remember john was an engineer and he just had some contraptions laying around on his PRIVATE property.
Artificial Difficulty
Can you even imagine working for the police in the Saw universe?
>constantly losing colleagues to jigsaw
>half the cops are insanely corrupt
>jigsaw turns out to be a detective who kills a whole police station, kills the fbi team hunting him, then kills the Internal Affairs team sent to investigate him
Makes me miss the days of Tapp and Sing. They were a comfy as frick partnership
>Jigsaw copycat years later turns out to also be a cop
Where can Saw go after Jiggy?
Tobin is 81 now and I don't know how many more movies he can make before he's too old to do it anymore
I know they tried to do new shit with Spiral but that movie sucked fat wieners so no one wants more shit like that.
If I was the studio exes I'd just pump out as many Saw movies with jiggy as possible before he's too old to do anymore because after he's gone this series will basically be over.
Just bring back the Hoffmanator
We need to see Young Jigsaw, the college years, narrated by Tobin Bell
>I just kidnap and imprison people and force them to chop off their body parts to try to maybe survive
But no one forced them to hurt themselves
ong I ain't never merc'd no opps cuh, fr fr
"I never murdered anyone... I just drugged them, kidnapped them, and locked them in torture chambers with a 99% chance of fatality"
The whole saw francise is fricking dumb, instead of letting it just be a gore-fest horror movie, like Hostel, they tried to add nuance and substance to it and ruined it.

The first saw movie is the best one and its not even good. It's at least got an interesting concept and its fun, which puts it above the other ones.
