I have tried to not be racist several times, but have always been proven to be right. Most recent one was a nigerian guy that started working with us. Even after 3 weeks he's still slow af, doesn't do things properly, lacks common sense, does something that's not what he's been told to do, among other things.
I also was born where a lot of blacks work in construction and since they started it, there's been more accidents and construction problems than ever before.
