I don't remember anything wrong with the movie. I remember it fitting with the rest of the movie, with the family meeting the same fate as the other families who lived in the house.
>character is presented with presumably the first piece of genuinely confirmed paranormal phenomenon. >his immediate reaction isn’t to GTFO as fast as possible due to the fact that anything paranormal operates on completely different rules and can likely kill you easily
Why are these movies always to implausible?
He coped that it was a 3000 year old death cult he was going to unmask and be rich
it was written that way, hawke played the character a little too intelligent to fall for that, maybe not druk enough.

The "extended endings" part ruins it. Have either that or the axe murder scene, not both. You can tell it was something that sounded really cool in the script, but it's just hammering home something the viewer already understands while diddling the previously successful found footage scenes.
Idk if it was the last 10 minutes. Maybe more like 15-20. Whenever she gets out of the bunker. They should have just cut to black when the spaceship was revealed
Is this the one with the videos of families being murdered?
Yes
Hawk was absolutely incredible.

Not at all.
The Departed.
Nope. Boring. Slow. Couple jump scares, that's it.
>t. Adhd zoomer with zero taste
Agree with you on the jump scares but those are at the end.
found footage elements were fricking flawless
The found footage, the lack of lighting and the soundtrack was absolutely flawless.
>dude everyone gets killed and theres nothing to do lol
Sorry, posted wrong image for OP
It was less scary than sinister. Still a good film.
Not even close.
>Not even close.
it would have been a fantastic film if the writers explained her amnesia
I dont think i ever seen a movie ruin itself by the last 30 seconds, its weird what were they thinkinh
People always say this shit but never back it up.
They finally show the monster and he looks like a 90s WWE wrestler.
There's even another jump scare at the very end that's even worse
