Either the cities mostly empty all of people or people from all the different incarnations for different cartoons , live action TV show ,movies at a few games of Gotham , there will be one way better which is a combination of multiple ones at a bunch of different Alfred's there try to keep all of each other organize.
WB is holding the first ever Batcon event. All the previous actors are invited for panels. There's a power outage and Clooney goes missing. Police lockdown the con and start a search. Kilmer also disappears and it is realized someone is targeting Batman actors. The rest of the murder mystery plays out and we find out the person doing this is Will Arnett who's angry for not being respected as a Batman actor.

First we assume that the large DC universe is... extant. Batman lives in the same world as Superman, but we do not dwell on that; We may need to have had Superman disappear at some point in history (perhaps even the 1930/1940s), but he existed.
Now we're going to "introduce" a Grimdark, The Batman-type universe. Batman exists. The Joker exists. We're shown that through HIS eyes, the Grimdark universe looks like it's a Schumacher universe. We'll need a lot of cut-aways to show that both things are happening concurrently but are perceived completely differently. Think of "Kevin Can Frick Himself," for an example of the two style overlaying.
Then, and this is important, the Joker kills the Batman.
Joker's perceptions of reality morphs from Schumacher to Matt Reeves by his own perception. The Joker is depressed.
The Joker becomes the dour and upset Heat Legend style Joker. The Drowned Hobo Geisha Joker that posthumously won and Oscar.. Somebody points this out to him that it happened when he killed Batman, something tat he already knew and wishes he could undo. So he tries to do that.
This could never work. There's essentially two Batman characters, the detective who operates in noir/crime thriller stories like Pattinson, and the superhero who fights fantastical creatures, maybe alongside the Justice league, like Affleck. Given that the latter has never been successful/well received in live action films, to throw the multiple versions of the former into one story is asinine as hell
They get pulled together by a mcguffin of a generic bad guy and keep getting upset in trying to fix it that Adam west Batman is always one step ahead of all of them
Batfleck, Battinson, and JGL Robin get pulled from their universes into a post-apocalyptic war world with a mega city Gotham, ruled by Ra’s Al Ghul. They fight their way to the city center and meet other multiverse displacements including Schumacher Mr Freeze, Nolan Scarecrow, and Margot Robbie’s Harley Quinn. Reaching the center they learn that Ra’s Al Ghul is actually Bale, who came from a dark version of the Nolanverse many years ago in which Bane successfully nuked Gotham
I...don't hate this, aside from the lack of Keaton, but I'm a miserable old frick who can't let go. And would like to see old man Keaton mentor Battinson.
This guy takes a device he confiscated from those shifty eyed Japs to traverse the multiverse, making all the various Batworlds worse until an alliance of Batmen need to stop him.
