I am cautiously optimistic for a few reasons:

Fallout 4 especially felt like a draft plot for a Fallout film, and Fo4 would have been much better as a movie. Fo3's plot was kinda shit but would work as a movie. F76 was a movie plot in a video game, which is why it was a shit game because all the player would do is read text for a really cool film.
