He takes us along on his shitty day and explains his own predicament, as well as the reasons behind why the whole country sucks, both of which he understands all too well for his own good. It's really the embodiment of the Polish spirit in cinematic form.
I'm pretty sure this movie actually managed to educate people to clean after their fricking dogs. Around 20 years ago some sidewalks in Poland used to look like the ones in India. Now you have to be extremely unlucky to step into a dog turd, even in parks.

Unrelated, but I've never been anywhere where random locals would cope so hard and tell me their city is the best like I did in Wroclaw. At least 3 people were saying how Wroclaw is the best and better than Warsaw. I didn't even like Wroclaw as much as like Bydgoszcz or Bialystok (it was better than Warsaw though).
