>fantasy orc armor
You can actually see the historical inaccuracies on a second-to-second basis, it's almost worse than Braveheart. I suppose they made Joan fight too despite the real-life woman specifically saying she never once used her sword to fight or killed anyone
>she's the best joan
Joanne leaping her horse over the wall to cut down the drawbridge made me laugh aloud the first time I saw it. She testified that she never killed anyone, while under oath at her trial. This stupid feminist warrior version of her is inane nonsense of the most moronic kind.
Rob Roy is decent but moreso modern period than medieval. if you liked that, you might like The Duellists by James Cameron

I'll start with the most underrated
The King (2019) is good
Macbeth (1971) has an accurately portrayed fight between men in armor, despite the rest being dubious https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=V5rxsuZDJSA
A Knights Tale. Ending gives me happy chills every time.
They didn't really cast that prostitute as Joan of Arc, did they?
she's the best joan
No, Ingrid Bergman is.
Who is responsible for this?
Guy who did Leon: the professional and Fifth Element
luc besson after fifth element

The Name of the Rose (might be middle ages). Connery is a monk detective. Pretty subversive themes but good flick
Damn looks good i'll check this one out
Enjoy frens
Fricking americans, seriously. It's a movie based on the most famous italian book of the past century and you've never heard of it kek.

I thought it was a good rendition of the middle ages, the costumes are colorful but the castles look spartan and have animals everywhere
The duellists was Ridley Scott, if I remember correctly. But yeah, really good movie
Whoops, that's what I meant to say, thanks. I'm getting senile and mixing up my '80s directors
here are some of the duelists fights, excellently choreographed
A VERY well made film, specifically made to look like paintings from the era. though it is about twice as long as it needs to be
Kingdom of heaven the directors cut. Soundtrack is insane and Edward Norton makes you forget about Orlando blooms terrible acting
>No The 7th Seal
What is wrong with Cinemaphile nowadays
Robin Hood
I really liked the second LoTR movie, the two towers. Really good medieval end battle.
*rapes your wife*
What are the most realistic ye olde times kinos? I like the dialogue and brutal realism in A Field In England
Look for the channel History Hit. It judges films on historical accuracy.
