My problem with depressing asiatic films is that they all look the same and I cant feel any empathy towards them. Insect/Robot People.

you're probably not actually depressed. you're just rudderless.

stop drinking, talk a walk, do some pushups, make a meal, clean your room, take a shower. all things you can do right now to improve.

      >, make a meal, clean your room, take a shower.
Red pill me why these things help? Im on a road of "self-improvement". Have lost 25kg, getting back to studies etc but don't do these 3 things - should I?

        >make a meal
it's more fulfilling to eat something you've prepared yourself. also it's easier to eat healthy if you cook for yourself vs eating out (although not guaranteed)
        >clean your room
having your living space be clear will help clear your head in turn. your mental state can be affected by your environment
        >take a shower
the water can be relaxing and also your body being clean is good for your mind for the same reason having a clean room is

Shut the frick up I do all of these things and am still a loser. have a nice day

never claimed these were simple hacks that will totally fix everything in your life. just some little things that can help improve your mental state a bit. you should be doing these things because they feel good to you, not because you think you'll get some reward for doing them

            >am still a loser.
First of all acknowledge that this attitude is causing your depression.
It is good to have goals but don't let them dictate your self-worth.
Learn to love yourself the way you are and take it from there.

Thanks anon. I agreed with the bottom 2. Not sure about cooking though, I'm just a lazy frick. At the minute I just go to the shop every day and get myself some fresh healthy stuff
          >chicken sandwiches
          >salads
          >fresh juice/shakes

            you could boil some rice.
            >pot
            >water
            >boil it
            >add rice
            >cover
            >wait 15
            done

or microwave an ear of corn

i am lazy as frick so i never make more than an entree and always aim to make the easiest shit possible, which tends to be healthy as well.

I restarted it from the beginning because I forgot the other 2 seasons came out and I'm halfway through the last season and it's amazing. Very excited to see how they finish it.

Its great anon. My only regret is that I didn't watch it when it was airing. Crazy to think just like that, out of nowhere, I can find a new favourite show.

I'm incredibly impressed by how many plates they manage to spin without fricking up the characters or storylines. Glad to hear it ends on a high note, I look forward to it.

Yep its really rare these days. I've heard a lot of anons say its really good for a rewatch since you notice so many things which were literally planned from the begining. I'll probably wait a few more weeks tho since as homosexual as it sounds im still emotional over it

in the novel there is a chapter where he 'explores' cp and e-girl and idols and whatnot in order to design a character but it is clear he enjoys looking at it. He also snorts cocaine with Yamazaki in the bathrooms at the church Misaki belongs to

Zizek's pervert's guide films are the most nihilistic films I've ever seen, not depressing so much as totally life-denying
