The problem with casting a hot woman to play the T-X is that it is never relevant to the plot. She never uses her looks to attempt to seduce anyone in her way or her targets which would be an advantage over shooting everyone on the spot, there's no reason she shouldn't be another tough looking guy.

Not all of them, like if one's home alone or she could get out quick like the drive through without anyone seeing her she'd just shoot them. But like the target at the party she just walks in with tons of people and shoots him.

The movie failed to have an idea for its terminator. it's just visually a woman and in no thematic way a woman. This was however effectively investigated in the tscc series
