No, and unfortunately one of them died a few years back. Forward and DiTilio both write a LOT so I think the one time they were asked they basically said they'd forgotten besides things like exploring the Vok's origin

He didn't get much in BW. Early season 1 was mostly "Cheetor learns a lesson". Then he's mostly in the background from late season 1 to 2. Season 2 he's mostly comedic relief. In 3 he has a small arc about maturing, but is still just a teenager.
And then Beast Machines fricked it all up.

Really BM is where most of his character arc comes in, and even then its honestly pretty arbitrary. Rattrap showed more initiative as a leader in Beast Wars, Cheetor just got made field leader in BM because Hasbro had this obsession about pushing him.

Cheetor has an amazing arc and goes from nuisance to based. He’s even the only good part of Beast Machines.
