All of the main characters are somewhat conventionally attractive, the only exceptions are when they either gain weight (looking at you Chunkler) or do some weird 90s style.
In those first couple of seasons he’s the best looking guy by far, before alcohol and depression fricked his shit up and thus Matt Leblanc surpassed him

free stuff tastes great, having a lower tolerance from never doing it usually makes it feel and taste better, and if people know you don't smoke regularly, but only do it out of friendliness with whoever you just accompanied, it gives small social boosts (I think/hope)
