You can't be a sinatra successor while also being responsible for a toilet humour cartoon for teenagers, it just doesn't fit the image. It was a mistake for him to even push his singing, because it would never work and just comes across as desperate and cringe, despite his takent.
>It was a mistake for him to even push his singing
the saddest thing about seth is he's actually talented in a lot of areas, he handled like 95 percent of early family guy and did most the pilot entirely himself. he's one of those guys who wants to be an auteur, voicing, singing, acting, directing
but his legacy will forever be family guy

You obviously don't know much about Frank Sinatra's stage comedy.
I used to hate him when I was an edgy teen who’s friends loved family guy. But I respect him a lot more as an adult, he created one of the most culturally revenant cartoons and has the power to make his actual passion projects like the Orville. Even crazy that he’s this successful without being israeli. His music career is doing just fine though, I’ve seen a ton of zoomer memes talking about his songs in Sing and the feature he had on that one Logic song
What went wrong? MacFarlane is still the most recognizable name in cartoons besides Matt Groening. I think anybody would take that over being a Sinatra copycat.
This, I don't like his cartoons but I do respect him for actually using the money for passion projects instead of just rotting away on Family Guy. Patrice was right when he said Seth needed a partner to keep him in line, but it doesnt matter anyways.
You mean you weren't edgy as a teenager which is why you hated him? All of his cartoons are basically edgelord humour and toilet humour. I've always thought he was funny as a person, but the older I got the more I hated his cartoons. The only good thing he's done television wise IMO is The Orville and maybe like the very early seasons of Family Guy.
Probably because he figured out a multimillion dollar franchise where five different shows used interchangeable gags any writing room could come up with.
to be Sinatra's successor
Just because he likes to sing some of old hits doesn't mean he ever had the talent to be an actual lounge singer crooner on the level any rat pack member, you fricking moron.
McFarlane doesn't even try and sing his real stuff, he just goes for the poppy drunk era and larps like a buffoon
irish genes
>be a sinatra tribute boomer just doing shows for geriatric boomers dying in vegas
or
>be responsible for the most kino cartoon of all time
hmm
I'm not sure I'd call the Cleveland Show the most kino cartoon of all time
Why? Because you’re scared of blacks people chud?
heh I was gonna say the same thing
>the most kino cartoon of all time
brainless moron moron butthole dickhead idiot
One of those two makes a lot more money.
He really does have a great voice. I'm surprised no one has approached him to sing on serious songs.
he has multiple albums out, wtf are you on about
Just didn't know, but still no hits that I've ever heard. He's Harry Connick Jr tier and it seems overshadowed by his dead shows.
I mean big band isnt exactly the most popular style of music
zoomers listen to music on headphones not speakers or live. so they prefer singers who whisper instead of actually sing
It's weird how people are just now realizing he can sing, even though he's done it multiple times in a plethora of different voices since like 1999.
He decided to replace Gene Roddenberry instead.
>Heh, sorry kid. Nothing personal.
I just remember girls in highschool gushing over him and unironically calling him Michael Bubble
gaygiest voice ever
unbelievable amounts of autotune
A tenor can never be a successor to Sinatra. Has to be a baritone, no other way.
Having a great voice isn't as rare as people like to believe. And he's engrained as cartoonman. That's what went wrong.

yeah but lots of actors have had way better voices such as
mafia was the reason why sinatra was so successful
seth doesn't have that.
>Like the fella once asked, “ain’t that a dick in your ass?”
Buble beat him to it
The "I've Seen Your Boobs" song at the Oscars was perfect and he sang it perfectly.
No.
Gen X libtard moronation.
The worst thing about 9/11 is that Seth didn't die

Got too addicted to raunchy humor from his early days working on Johnny Bravo
to be Sinatra's successor

That's just a boring lullaby
>zoomer think old music is just lullabies
The joke practically writes itself
That song is a lullaby.
I know much older music that isn't lullabies.
Carolla said McFarlane was amazing on Crank Yankers, high praise from the top of what Hollywood has to offer
Gaga when she isn't being a pop prostitute could have an amazing duet with Seth with the right material
his Christmas album is really good
It's really not hard to make good Christmas music. The songs are already there, but popstars trying to modernize is always frick it up.
Family goy is hilarious. And Seth was responsible for several cartoon cartoons on prime cartoon network. Get rekt homosexual.
he made the orville instead which is worth it we love the orville
I miss The Orville.
