If the previous sequels are anything to go by: >Po's character development will be wound back again so he can reach some form of enlightenment by the end for the fourth time now >Aside from that gripe it'll be just fine and I will enjoy it quite a bit >Cinemaphile will hate it again.
The villain could go either way. Maybe he'll be tragic like in the first one or a fun despicable villain like the second, but he could be a huge letdown like in the third one. Time will tell.
The awkwafina b***h is in it but I don't know who she's casted as.
The villain is supposed to be a chameleon and will bring po's past villains back from the dead.
>The villain is supposed to be a chameleon and will bring po's past villains back from the dead.
Then I redact my prediction that I will probably enjoy it quite a bit. That sounds terrible.
>Another forced redemption arc
No thanks. His story was beautifully tragic. Bringing him back from the dead to redeem him could only take away from that.
Not quite, many species of cats that are non-domestic can purr. However since the character in question is a snow leopard you are technically correct (snow leopards cant roar or purr). However, if you can stretch your imagination to accept multiple animals who speak english and practice advanced kung-fu, I hope that you can overlook the oversight on the part of the original author.
>many species of cats that are non-domestic can purr
"Big cat" refers to the 5 species of panthera, not every wild cat that's above average size. However, I did just google snow leopards again real quick to double check, and it looks like I was wrong as they are the one big cat that can't roar and can purr because of their throat physiology. That much I'm willing to concede. It's still gross though.
>directed by John Stevenson and Mark Osborne (former is british and latter is Kent Osborne's brother) >story by Ethan Reiff and Cyrus Voris >action sequences supervised by Simon Wells >head of layout (cinematography) is Yong Duk Jhun >zero involvement from Guillermo del Toro >2D opening by James Baxter' studio >small scene after the end credits >Po isn't a skilled Kung Fu warrior for the whole film, almost nobody has faith on him, and the villain is compelling/sympathetic >made/released before Dreamworks incorporated 3D glasses technology
First film is different from the sequels
The biggest lie ever told by the american animation cinema's fanbase is saying that this is a great film.

Love these movies, but 3 was a fine place to end it, so I'm worried the new one will feel forced. Po had his arc, I'm not sure how they could make another one without resetting some of the character development he had already. I wish John Powell would also return to do the score, but that probably won't happen sadly. Hans Zimmer does a fine job but 3's OST is definitely missing something compared to 2. I'm also predicting they're gonna stray further and further from the established color theory if 3 was anything to go by but I know I'm the only person who cares about that
>I'm not sure how they could make another one without resetting some of the character development he had already.
Every sequel did that. They always reset him so he can reach enlightenment again. 3 was the worst offender.
I seriously disagree on 2, he didn't suddenly not know kung-fu. He was fighting with the rest of the team on semi-equal footing. 3 was kinda iffy, granted, it felt like they dumbed him down at times for more comedic effect.
Po's hitting his prime form, we actually need a time skip, we need a new generation of furious 5 without stomping the old ones, a treat even bigger, we hear about Kung Fu masters that could beat army's, and we need to se those achievements in a movie.
It was a month or so ago. Apparently the whole movie will be Po traveling with some nobodies (including someone voiced by awkwafina) and passing the torch of dragon warrior onto one of them. The villain is also some female chameleon that's just pretending to be past villains.
>What do you want, Shen? >Gongmen is under the stewardship of the Masters Council, and we will protect it. Even from you >That is a warning. You are no match for our kung fu
All of Victor Garber's lines in KFP2, as the rhino master.
>And then you'll be stopped by the unstoppable weapon >The only hero in this town is a dead one >I get the top bunk >With despair for dessert >Real far >Vengeance is served!
And these are all of Jean-Claude Van Damme's lines, as the crocodile master.
The panda will be doing kung fu
Bullshit. It will never happen.
No fricking way

It depends, we could get a tai lung redemption arc
>Another forced redemption arc

The chameleon has shapeshifting powers. She won't be bringing anyone back from the dead.
Impersonation, not resurrection.
This
she's just going to larp as better villains
Pigeon duh.
Isn't the villain a woman this time.
Yes
>I'll take your purring as a yes
Big cats can't purr.

It doesn't have that South Korea born woman as director like 2 and 3 did, so that's a positive.
t.autism
KFP2 was kino and way better than the first one
Will the Britbong characters still be around?
Dick status: sticked in crazy
Imagine if he brapped! LoL that would be terrible...
no tigress+po romance depsite fans wanting it for over 10 years

Will they become a couple like in that one really long comic?
I would rather watch something like Shallow Hal over the KFP sequels.
Hopefully somebody wasn't a complete moron and instead of just watching the unblurred leak, downloaded it so they could re-distribute it.
it's going to be a dragon bad guy, dragon warrior vs real dragon

It will be about him and his dad enteribg an iron chef contest and there will be kung-fu involved as well.
I think KFP2 is awful. Just plain awful.
Why?
everyone in the furious five, except tigress, will get sidelined
Po's hitting his prime form, we actually need a time skip, we need a new generation of furious 5 without stomping the old ones, a treat even bigger, we hear about Kung Fu masters that could beat army's, and we need to se those achievements in a movie.
Frick you, Jennifer Yuh Nelson. Hope you never direct another animation film ever again.
Anybody who cared enough to see the leaks when they released know this movie is going to be garbage.
Wait, what leaks? First I've heard of it.
It was a month or so ago. Apparently the whole movie will be Po traveling with some nobodies (including someone voiced by awkwafina) and passing the torch of dragon warrior onto one of them. The villain is also some female chameleon that's just pretending to be past villains.
They'll kill Shifu offscreen so that Dustin Hoffman won't be in it.

I honestly have no hope that it will be good, only the first one is good
Where the frick is this KFP2 hate coming from?
