I never bought this comparison, not only are their poses different but this just a portion of the painting, Lucifer’s body gives a lot more context that doesn’t really transfer to this comparison, if you told me Lucas was inspired by this painting in the scene where he cries at the Jedi temple I’d believe you but this is a stretch
The majority of those are all from Phantom Menace (the only prequel that doesn't look like a cartoon), many of them weren't used in the final product (such as the AT-TE and the Coruscant skyline from the speeder chase, all were digital in the finished film) The rest are mostly establishing shots that appear for maybe 2-3 seconds on screen.
