The face ghost was fricking terrifying as a kid, that was around the same era as the creepy black and white alien autopsy video as well, I was so shit scared of getting abducted by aliens at night that I ended up having episodes of sleep paralysis when fed into my fear even more.
I remember I couldn't sleep until I saw the next episode and knew if he dies or hibernated. Idk why it got to me so much.
