>There are people who are unironically on Quagmire's side in his feud against Brian because he's "honest" about being a rapist and occasionally helps at a soup kitchen
>I might be really bad in this "really bad thing" but at least I'm not kind of annoying in a "realistic way the viewers find annoying"
which is a point of view a lot of show take.
the fact that people take Family Guy's characters seriously is so bizarre to me
the ENTIRE show is a joke, and not a good one
it started out as a shameless Simpsons copycat and then turned into a shitpost
why on earth would you spend any energy analyzing the writing?

One thing I enjoy about Family Guy is how so many things change in episodes before status quo resets, or how the time slider obviously moves forward, they'll randomly select certain things to either become "canon" or remain canon despite things sliding. Like Quagmire's dad trooning out or Diane dying seem like they could've just been any number of other catastrophic things which were reset, but nope, they stuck. Or how despite time moving forward and certain events being reframed to different time periods, Quagmire is still (and presumably always will be) a Vietnam veteran.
>Victim blames his sister who was in an abusive relationship >Slept with Cleveland's wife, causing him to get divorced >Let his mother have sex with the judge of his pedophilia trial so he would get away with fricking a minor >Didn't support his transgender father >Has the absolute balls to tell Brian that he's not a good person
The misguided joke is right there. Brian is somehow a worse person than Glenn.
Entirely because the latter is open and unashamed about who he really is.
I honestly can't remember the time Quagmire lost anything of significance, while every other character on the show has suffered as it goes on. He's the only one who remains untouched.
Maybe Meg as well. She seems to have more going for her than just being god's hideous mistake.
And they wanted Cleaveland of all people to have the spinoff. I get why because Quagmire but I think Quagmire would've been much more interesting to focus on and has the interesting family dynamic much more fricked up than the Griffins but I get why it would've been too dark for some
Who else but Quagmire?

I'm only on Quagmire's side in the sense that Brian thinks he's super awesome and everyone should love him.
are people who are unironically on Quagmire's side in his feud against Brian because
Yes and if you cant understand that you're part of the problem
Quagmire can be both right and a rapist.
And there's nothing wrong with having someone in the show that's both.
Brian’s boring. That was the big takeaway from that rant.

I think it's fun to analyze unserious things
Then you should go to Twitter for that
Why?
>no reply
Lol it really is that easy to BTFO people on this site, just ask them to explain themselves.
>You cannot discuss cartoons on the board for cartoons
Maybe YOU should go back to Twitter

Isn't he an air co-pilot?
He's a pilot, yes, but he's also a Vietnam vet and has been since the early days of the series.
Interesting, I should try looking into its "continuity" sometime.
What happened with his mom?
Quagmire was born 37 times.
Remember that time Quagmire told his sister she wasn't a real woman because she allowed her violent partner to abuse her?

Do you think Brian would've supported Ida?
> >Didn't support his transgender father
Well I guess even gaymire is still based sometimes.
These guys get it.
The misguided joke is right there. Brian is somehow a worse person than Glenn.

LMAO, I love that Brian is still a huge poser. (Which is weird, because people seemed to hate him Post-Not-Deaded?)
He's even more of a poser now since he simps for anything that'll possibly give him some sense of legitimate stature. He's pathetic.
>they literally made him the new Meg
his father donated to him a penis, i'd call anyone whatever they wanted for that.
>his 2 canon daughters are at least 20 years apart
>one of his illegitimate sons is a giraffe
Making his family sad isn't going to make me sympathize with Quagmire.
The man is a monster in human skin and should be treated as such.
But how would his death bring honor to YOUR family, specifically, anon?
I honestly can't remember the time Quagmire lost anything of significance, while every other character on the show has suffered as it goes on. He's the only one who remains untouched.

He got his penis eaten by shark and now has his dad's second hand one stitched on.

I'm not sure if that would've stopped someone like Dino Stamatopoulos.
>Quagmire spin-off with the tone of season 3 Moral Orel
We were robbed
