Health insurance is the biggest scam in history. Health insurance companies are the reason why the US medical industry is fricked up, and they did it on purpose.
They make it complicated on purpose. I think we're meant to mock her for not knowing "how to adult", but nothing about US healthcare is straightforward or user friendly.
