Had to eke out some kind of punchline and, bonus, reminding you that Claire is perfect and beloved and good at literally everything, the thesis of the comic
Has it even been a whole year in-universe since they broke up? I assume that the idea is that this would be the first "just them" thing the two have done together since the break-up, so it makes them feel a little weird.
>Sorry Marten, can't risk pissing off Claire >You know what happened last time. "Mess with Claire's hole, gotta pay the toll". >My pussy can't take another round with Claire >Not like you did anything to stretch me out
Who are these boring black haired people and where's the loose red-headed milf who fricks men younger than her sons and plays a 4-tittied lactating furry/e-girl who smokes weed and plays games with her followers? She's a much more interesting character than these two boring sad sacks.
>here come let me teach you how to run a coffee shop >whoa oops sorry that's too romantic that's something you should only do with your boyfriend who is a librarian >heavens, I agree also why are we still on speaking terms again when you're a massive fricking c**t?
Questione that should have bene asked: >With what money are you going to buy the shop >How do you think you are going to pay your employees? >You know that a business will most likely lose money for the first year or so? Do you have enough money?
Stabby don't understand basic business
Also has It ever be explained how Dora was able to start a business With employees in her early 20s without parental money?
Yes. Barely, and with a lot of luck. Dora is by no means successful, she owns a coffeeshop but is still a bad month from being flat broke like every other restaurateur.
It would've been way more fun for them to do it, experience the intimacy, think briefly on what they had but firmly realize that it's in the past. It could also be a fun last close moment before Marten has to leave. This way it's just giga awkward. And the only part that makes it work at all is that Marten references that it's something they would've gotten to while dating.
AND you could've ended it by having Claire not being jealous, to show how this relationship is more healthy than what he had with Dora.
Anyway, Dora works at a coffee shop she's shown probably 20 employees how to pull a shot without it being intimate. She probably taught Hanners when she was still giga OCD for goodness sake. It just seems weird to dwell on this aspect.
>not roasting your own beans
And I was having such a good day too.
"Our government allowed this"
Holy frick Cap I did it
It's just a coffee you don't even have to stand close to each other why is it weird
Because Hacks doesn't understand basic human interaction.

With timeskips I'm willing to bet ~2 years is reasonable.

So they're acknowledging that Claire would fly into an aggressively jealous masculine rage?
The testosterone shots plus "female" instability. Clare would also have a raging hard-on the whole time, and since Dora is a full time dyke now.....

This comic doesn't make very good use of the visual medium
Currently makes more use of it than Paranatural, ain't that crazy?
Robutts, Heph?

>CLAIRE should teach you
why not save time and replace the whole comic with a picture of claire and the word "perfect", jeph?
