Jephs had no passion for this comic for years. The only thing he's ever really seemed to enjoy was drawing girls, especially if they cam embody Jo's weird fetishes somehow (big women, big breasts and asses, tall women, amputees)
It's even worse when you see what's happened to the men in the comic.
Steve professed drunken love to Marten at the lakehouse, was eventually just disappeared.
Angus left to do better things than Faye, not that it's a high bar.
Sven got humiliated multiple times before being discarded.
Clinton and Elliott are in a gay relationship out of essentially nowhere.
Marten has been henpecked at various times when it really wasn't his fault, and is now banging/getting banged by Clare.
Pintsize now has a shitty shitty chassis which makes his jokes just not work, and Winslow is a pink softboi who would end up with HIV if the AI systems have a similar STD.
Amen, these were absolutely the worst. Winslow was always a bit of a pussy but he had an Apple chassis so that made sense. Pintsize comes off as creepy as frick if there's any attempt at shitgremlin activities because he's humanoid and could carry it out. I keep praying that he gets the old chassis back but it isn't going to happen.
The tan one is Hanners, but she's tan since traveling the world and getting covered in yak shit, so now she's Tanner/Tannelore. You wouldn't recognize the rest unless you remember Claire from one of the OG library interns, but her character model has changed substantially since then.
you forgot to mention that shovelling yak shit also mostly cured her OCD, so now she just has to hazmat up to clean her apartment and stuff, rather than having any kind of health/cleanliness OCD the other 90% of the time.
