if you're a zoomie curious about getting into what came before don't bother with the dogshit teen comedies, it's all horribly unfunny garbage that was targeted at braindead frat normies and aged like milk
Meant to post Grandma's Boy. Shit movie but strangly comfy. For some reason thought it was hilarious as a kid and when i rewatched it recently it has like 3 or 4 funny bits. Still watched the whole thing though for nostalgia I guess.

>it's not someone born around the year 2000
actually, that's the textbook definition of it, but I know Cinemaphile's definition of it is 1995 and earlier.

zoomers are born around the year 2000, millenials was whoever was more or less a teen around the year 2000.
All those sex comedies with movies, on TV you had gross out stuff like fear factor and jackass, pro wrestling was incredibly violent and insane compared to today and the 80s, 5 gum screaming at you, limp bizkit, that was all late 90s early 2000s culture and it was aimed at teens.

millenium baby = born around 2000
you freaks have no memory and so refer to wikipedia entries written by actual plebbktors with the most moronic cope definition possible >uh achefkguarly it's someone who bought his first pair of socks for himself after the love boat was in its third set of reruns on pbs
2010 movies aren't cozy millennial kinos like OP mentioned you need to have a nice day homosexual.
Not the kind of movie OP is talking about which were always on comedy central but I love this movie watch it probably 2-3 times a year.
same, I usually just look at the IMDB cast list before hand, if it's got a Black person of any consequence, I skip it. There's plenty of good shit without it, especially from up until the early/mid/late 00s. Most people will never run out of good Black person-free shows and movies to watch in their entire lifetimes unless they're watching 10 movies a day. It does suck tho.
I saw Boys in the Boat today and it was kind of funny how they worked in the bare minimum to be eligible for awards. There were two in the crowds that were shown for 0.5 seconds each, and then there was one who said about five words while a fourth was standing behind him. It's exactly enough to check the boxes from the new criteria and not a second more.
I miss her lads. >She's still alive.
...it's just not the same.

Compiling a list of millennial kinos Cinemaphile what are they?
Something odd is there’s a girl peeing in the outtakes in the credits. She’s still wearing clothes a skirt so not sure if she had anything on under it or not. Commentary says she did it for real and it got on her the first time
Pic related was the last great teen sex comedy, while also setting the stage for what modern teen comedy's are like. It's very significant historically.
why would I bother, just so you can say you didn't watch them but they're shit? they're not tuned to your references and humor anymore like I said, you're not in puberty
Gladiator
Braveheart
Baseketball
Batman begins, etc.
Spideys
The sandlot
Happy Gilmore/The waterboy
Tommy Boy/Black sheep
Not another teen movie/scary movies

Bingo/Air Bud
Old School
Dodgeball

They filmed part of that at my cousin's university.

Here's one you forgot. Also Van Wilder I guess. I just think of movies that were always on TV as a teenager.

By millennial kino you mean "stuff that you absolutely cannot get made in current year"?
Pic related was the last great teen sex comedy, while also setting the stage for what modern teen comedy's are like. It's very significant historically.

I highly doubt gen x was involved in making any of these. They acted in them at most.
Most of the stuff made for zoomers is made by gen x. It took them a long time to get those jobs and they aren't going to give them up anytime soon.
>why arent minors producing these movies REEEEEEEE
I'm not letting people who grew up with Ghostbusters and Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles represent me.
there's not much light underground
CUZ SCOTTY DOSEN'T KNOW
Sex drive 2008 is pretty good. It’s actually made good, shows how things were then and is fun and good characters but it’s kind of been forgotten
