Basically, think of it as like being a Generator Rex Evo, a less fortunate Marvel mutant/TMNT-mutant, a werebeing, or any of those over kinds of heroes who DON'T look human after gaining superpowers, or go through transformation that render them less human looking. True Martians, Man-Spider, Spectacular-Electro, etc...
At bare minimum, the end result should not be mistakable for a regular person wearing makeup or an average halloween costume. Not necessarily hideous or even ugly, just 'Monstrous', even aesthetically pleasing.

I would most likely look like a half-robot with different genetic weapons infused in my body. For example I would have one in my left arm and one in my right leg. Well this is easy all body fluids are metallic with the extended effects of it. Sclera completely grey thanks to metallic eye goo, skin that's a mix of vibrant metallic hues as each different fluid in my body is a different metal, metal drool, metal piss, metal sweat solidifying and sticking to the skin once my magical powers stop forcing it into a liquid state outside my body, bodyweight of over a tonne as it's mostly metal, bones are fine though as they are mostly metal as well thanks to spinal fluid marrow and the weird path the metal blood follows along them.
