Killing them is just petty revenge and he didn’t care one bit how many other people had to get hurt/killed

        that's so moronic
he literally just explained why what they do doesn't work, how does the writer not see the problem here
a realization like that should make him either want to try to reform the justice system, or do what it won't, because if superpowered murderous psychos are just going to jail so they can break out to do it all again in a month instead of being executed or thrown in the deepest hole there is, there's clearly a massive moral failing on some link in the chain here
at least Batman has the excuse of having an insane fixation on the value of life

He protected The Joker a few times as well so Bruce doesn't like his playmates getting hurt.

          >That's not justice
So is Bat's gonna take her in cuffs and make sure she sees her day in court? Is he going to use his money to make sure her connections can't cheat her out of serving? Really, what is his plan?

if you murder two murderers the number of murderers goes down by one

          >he literally just explained why what they do doesn't work, how does the writer not see the problem here
BECAUSE THE ACTUAL PROBLEM IS THAT THIS IS FICTION!! NONE OF THIS IS REAL LET ALONE LOGICAL! IF THERE WERENT CYNICAL homosexualS LIKE YOU WRITING COMICS ABOUT VILLAINS MURDERING PEOPLE THE VILLAINS WOULDNT MURDER PEOPLE! IF THEY DIDNT LAZILY RE-USE THE SAME VILLAINS THEN THE VILLAINS WOULDNT BREAK OUT OF PRISON! NONE OF THIS IS REAL!

NO KILL RULES ARE LOGICAL, LESS THAN HALF OF A PERCENT OF CRIMINALS BREAK OUT OF PRISON. IT BASICALLY DOESNT HAPPEN. THERE IS NO WAY VILLAINS IN HYPERMAX, LOCKDOWN PRISONS WOULD BREAK OUT!

THESE STORIES AND BEATS ONLY EXIST TO PANDER TO CYNICAL homosexualS WHO IMAGINE THESE “TEST THE NO KILL RULE LIMITS” STORIES ARE REALISTIC, MATURE OR WORTHWHILE. ITS AS JUVENILE AND PATHETIC AS IT GETS AND EXACTLY THE TYPE OF SHIT THAT KILLED CAPES.

          FRICKING have a nice day

the obvious solution is for writers to stop fricking bringing it up
no one cares who changes the Batmobile's tires, but if you introduce the Batmobile's tires as a recurring major plot point, regularly refer to needing to change the Batmobile's tires, and generally refuse to ever shut the frick up about the goddamn Batmobile's goddamn tires, you can't expect your readers to never discuss how weird it is that Batman cares so much about car maintenance

No-kill rules ONLY exist to keep the iconic villains in play. This is because comics are meant to run forever. Adaptations don't have this issue since they're usually finite in their narratives.

The frick are you quoting me for, my issue is Bruce doesn't let Talia be held justly responsible for her actions and simultaneously dones't do anything to hold her responsible or accountable for them. According to

He let her go free because of their past together.

            Batman let Talia walk.

he let her walk because of their history.

I don't give a shit about the rest of what you said.

Letting Talia walk for any reason is a bad look for Batman, but writers and certain fans will pretend Batman made the right call.

Don't make genocide and mass murder into a plot point. The moment you cross the line there is a catharsis expected, when you moralize in the face of the death of thousands you've screwed your plot over like a hack.

Murdering them just makes you the same as the rest of the murderers. By that logic someone should then murder you for murdering someone.

You're not the judge or jury. You killed them because you think they're evil and you're good, Ras killed their country because he thinks he's good and they're evil. You're the same, and literally just as bad as they are.
Batman even explains it out loud just for dumbfricks like you who can't understand such a simple thing: that's not Justice.

Sending them to a mental asylum where they can get the help they need? Sending them to prison where they can serve a just sentence for their crimes?
Not just becoming a moronic murderer shooting everyone you disagree with?
              Yes, that is Justice.

This is why Batman is a brave strong hero, and Punisher is a homosexual weak abuser to his wife. If you wanna know why Batman beat Punisher to a pulp, it's because Punisher was always too chickenshit to ever know how to fight like a man, he jsut gives up and acts like a coward.

      Batman let Talia walk.

Talia keeps escaping the noise she rightfully deserves by turning on her dad every fricking time it is convenient for her, knowing Bruce's crush on her will allow her to get away before the police show up.

It's one of the reasons why the original Batwoman straight up killed Talia at the end of the Morrison run, because she knew damn well Bruce would let her walk away scott free.
