Superman's chest, which is covered in skin-tight spandex. I mean Starro isn't like, some parasite that buries inside you. No. He just sits on Superman. Asserting dominance.
Likewise, did Supes never take his shirt off around anyone? For years? Did Clark and Lois just have total bed death? Or maybe she was into it. Like, she came home one day, and sees a Starro infested Clark, and he's just ready to murder her to keep up his disguise, but instead, she jumps his bones, eager to live out her tentacle fantasy.
