Same thing with the OJ Simpson trial. Black guy murdered a white woman, everyone accepted that he was guilty, and then blacks celebrated when he got away with it anyway because "he black like me! we won!"

It's not manufactured in the sense that a third party said "let's frick everything up by making black people mad to punish whites!" Black people want power, they want the good life, and after garnering sympathy, having laws changed, and growing their political influence for decades, they're now able to push legislation that rewards their people at the expense of others. This has always been the ideal for them, it's not something they all got brainwashed with overnight after seeing a news clip about Trayvon Martin. It's that easy to rally them over a cause like that because it's understood that it can be used to further their goals and get more from white people.

Trayvon Martin was where the government/media decided to bring back race as a wedge issue. Before that, there was maybe 1% of the race bullshit we have today. Obviously it always existed to some degree, but it was absolutely miniscule at that time.

Less than 1% of black people were involved in any rioting, but someone convinced you that it was 100% of them.

Meanwhile for 275 years whites have been rioting, forming lynch mobs, breaking into police station/jails with armed militias and basically chimping out just to kill the people that they perceived to have harmed innocent white victims. Even when their targets were already on death row

          Anonymous

To be fair the 90s was a comparatively calm time for race relations compared to arguably any other time but also of course it was, we hadn’t experienced mass cultural unrest, the economy wasn’t in the shitter, we hadn’t just lost 2 20 year wars to Muslims, we hadn’t experienced domestic terrorism outside of a few relatively small incidents, etc. It’s not just the internet making people crazy by exposure it’s the world going crazy. Whites were pretty genial at the time because there was this idea there was always gonna be enough to go around and everyone could have a seat at the table. Nobody was talking about making genuine hard choices like turning hundreds of thousands of starving oppressed people back at the border every day or discussing how there will ALWAYS be some negativity to multicultural race relations, it’s not possible to transcend racism completely.

            Anonymous

Race relations were always dependent on how firmly one group held power. By the same metrics of "calmness" you could say race relations were great in the early 20th century because black people were too scared to complain and make white people mad.
