No, they are bloated movies filled with horrible fan service, unfunny comedic scenes and characters, and an over reliance on gimmicky special effects that didnt look that great for their time anyway.
But there are some good aspects about them and if you find a good fan edit of them they are good enough. The prequels are leagues better than Disneys Star Wars which is horribly unimaginative and commits all the same sins but worse. At least Lucas was still imaginative for the prequels and Star Wars is such a George Lucas thing that when hes not involved you can really tell. The fact that the characters all have Marvel tier lines is horrible and Daisy Ridley and Finn are horrible actors. They act like they are kids in a highschool play.
