half the show is teenage girl and highschool drama and the other half is workaholic mother. but i will say there is an episode that shows the writers know what makes resident evil resident evil. the 2 girls follow clues left by their father to solve puzzles to unlock a secret door to an underground lab. but it's couched between more teenage drama.
